Tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. More than willing to go above and beyond to make sure we fully understood everything that was needed to know about the equipment before he left.

My experience was great. Heather was friendly and pleasant. She was concerned about how I felt since this was my first visit. She made me feel comfortable and made sure that I was happy with my purchase.
