They told me 5 days to finish my work and they took 1 month .I have a business too I don’t know how 5 business days terns to all month

A+ has always done outstanding work me! They are always on time and have amazing graphic people. I use them for all my invitations and odd requests. They have never failed me.

I guess the only good thing I can say is Im glad I didnt ask them to do anything that was time sensitive or irreplaceable like wedding stuff. It seems that they will tell you they will have proofs for review in a couple of days and then after a week and a half nothing . When you call its Ill have something by tomorrow, according to Danielle. When tomorrow comes or the next day nothing, not even an update. I understand if people are busy and they are behind, I dont expect people to drop everything for me. HOWEVER what I do expect is the courtesy of honesty and a phone call if dead lines that YOU offer arent met. Instead of being blown off. So if you are wanting something that is irreplaceable or time sensitive, I would probably shop around and possibly reconsider stopping by A+ graphics .

Did a great job on my decals. Quick turn around on order. Will work with them again. A+ Graphics, gets an A+ from me.

My fiancé and I couldnt be any more happy with how our wedding invitations turned out! Nicole was a joy to work with and met our tight deadline with a breeze.

Poor time management skills. Monday, I came in for a simple reprint of program. Andy stated the programs would be completed Wednesday. I contacted him Wednesday, programs were not printed. It is now Friday, and he just now printing my programs because I walked in. The time is 5:15pm. This is ridiculous and unprofessional!!

Went in to get some stuff printed and it was ready the same day. Let me know my formatting was off for what I wanted which helped me avoid having to print my stuff over again.

Helped me greatly with senior show and doing all my printing.
