There should be an option to give 0 stars. They need to know what they are doing. They’re unprofessional. The customer service is horrible. Very incompetent. A delivery was scheduled for 8/5/2020 and they never showed up. No one called to reschedule or anything. This was an inconvenience for our company because our drivers had to drive an hour+ to our warehouse to meet them. It was a waste of time and money. Today, 8/6/2020, the delivery driver showed up and didn’t want to bring the equipment inside of the building. He said he was going to leave everything in the parking lot. Terrible service.

They apparently have a lack of trucks with a lift gate to drop off heavy items. If you dont have enough equipment to service your delivery area dont offer that service, or get more trucks. easy as that.

Very clean and well running place

A rating of ZERO should be an option for companies that treat customers in the manner that XPO has treated my family members.
