Misleading ads. They only work on iPhones.

My iPhone screen was cracked. They replaced it and it worked for about an hour then started calling people non stop and I had to cut it off. When I took it back, they did not want to stand behind their work. After some discussion, they did “fix” it. It does not work properly and is very frustrating to use since repaired. Often the bottom right quarter of the screen will not register touches and regular taps register as taps and holds on the whole screen. They did not fix my phone. Recommend not using to fix your iPhone

The customer service was absolutely amazing... the staff went above and beyond to help me! They replaced the battery in my iPhone in a matter of minutes and while I waited they helped me learn more about some accessories I was interested in.

I had a great experience in the store today. Not only was my iPhone battery replaced in a timely manner but I was able to find a battery I have not been able to find in other stores for my meat thermometer. The store has a lot of things I didnt realize it has and I will take my business there again. Also loved the $ 10 coupon for making my appointment online!!

The staff was surly. They acted like they didnt want to be there. There were no smiles, no thank you very much for your business or anything. Its a good thing Batteries Plus has no competition or you would be out of business.

A woman took my phone in around 9:30 and said it would be ready around 10:30. When I come back, a man says she is almost done. I heard her drop something and I assume it was my phone. I left and came back at 11:30, and the man said she was installing iTunes on another computer, meanwhile I am still waiting to get my phone back so I can return to work. I told them to email me when it is done...
