Drove an hour and a half only to be told that they couldn’t install the product because they had sold us the wrong one. Turns out the guy just didn’t want to install the product or didn’t know how to. All we had to do was plug in the power and it worked fine.

Customer service was a lot better then last time

Went to pick up a phone that was repaired, was told I didn’t need an appointment when I dropped it off, drove an hour and got all the way there and was told I needed an appointment and that they couldn’t turn around pick up and hand me my device, I could literally see it behind the worker. Worker was zero help.

They fast and sufficient.

They dont even deserve the 1 star I gave. I called to get information about getting my Tv fixed. After being on hold for 15 to 20 mins the phone picks up and all I hear is people talking about what some girl did last night and laughing. I will never use there services!!!!!!!!!
