Excellent service

I took my comforter set to get cleaned. Got it back torn and left streaks in it. The lady there made up excuses. It was wearing old. This was the first time I had it cleaned. They no longer had a seamstress. I asked could I take it somewhere to get it repaired and they pay for it. She said no and didnt know if the owner would pay for. Never offered to take my number or check to see if he would or not. Poor customer service. I will not go back.
