I could not make it past Wendy, the secretary! She is rude, and shady! She got upset with me because I missed a voicemail which was left late in the evening about rescheduling an appointment that had been previously rescheduled! I def do not have time for tardiness and unprofessionalism when it comes to how I spend my hard earned money! After waiting for a response on whether or not Bob would actually show up, I chose Westshore Homes. Yes things come up, but how you handle it when dealing with customers will make or break a sale.

Expensive! Hire a local carpenter.

This company does very good work Im impressed and I am pleased. Even with the fact that I could not fully pay the way we agreed this company worth with me and this review is long overdue

Update from original post. Owner responsive and amendable to floor uneven at one location. Questionable endeavor regarding value for money, but appears plumbing repairs/renovations can be costly..

If you need your bathroom upgraded this is the place to call!!

These guys are AMAZING!! We LOVE our new makeover! Theyre the cleanest, neatest, most meticulous contractors weve ever dealt with. After only 1-1/2 days, the finished product is everything we hoped for! We HIGHLY recommend them!

I would highly recommend seeking someone else to just provide a quote. Salesman disappeared and never followed up after reviewing the project I asked about, and failed to ever follow up to provide an answer if the company can even do the project. Everything about this place seems extremely disorganized and unprofessional.

Girlfriends first impression was to cry when she first saw her new bathrooms. Constant design problems, got the colors wrong twice. They forgot to order things, and took almost 2 months to get it all correct. Their mistakes made us constantly reschedule the electrician and painters to finish their part. She had to live through the mess the whole time; and was completely robbed of the excited Awwww effect she was looking for. I will never hire them again. They never offered an apology or discount for all the trouble, just wanted to know where their check was. The designer was unprofessional and forgetful. The workers were all nice, but you could tell they were not happy having to keep coming back to fix the designers mistakes.
