He’s had my car for 3 days just to put a radiator on. Had a small problem with a sensor cared it back they fixed it with a 12 month warranty I suggest you let him know ahead of time for speedy results. Good work

This place kept my car for 3 days. Supposed to do a diagnostic. No diagnostic. Put a water pump on my car. Said they test drove my car. Pick it up. Go a block and have the same problem. Not a good experience at all.

I took my car to Arts needing to have the thermostat replaced. Unlike the other shops in town that looked at the car, Arts didnt try to sell me services I didnt need or replace parts that werent broken. They even installed the thermostat I already had on hand and used coolant I provided! Labor was very reasonable and everyone was personable. In the end, Arts turned an issue that had become a major headache into a pleasantly quick and relatively inexpensive experience.

This place overcharges for diagnostics. You may as well go to the dealership. Had the ac on my 2011 acura checked out. First of all when asked how much would it cost..I was told it depends..stupid me, that shouldve been a red flag right there. Decided not to go with them because they didnt accept dealers warranty. So my husband went to pick my car up after a week waiting on a diagnostic..was charged 125.00. On the receipt, it said freon and oil 20.00 and $98.00 for labor...huh?? What did you do? Why not tell me off top, your labor fee was $98.00. I am really disappointed. And I still have to get my car fixed at the dealer. I just think they werent going up front with the fees when asked. There should be a standard fee so folks know whether or not they want to use this company or elsewhere. I seriously wouldve taken it elsewhere for the same price and maybe it wouldve been fixed by now. Long story short..this place is NOT as reasonable as folks say they are on these reviews.

Took truck in for fan and radiator repair..fixed fan but didnt catch the leak in the radiator. Took the truck back days later for the leak parts was $8.00 and the labor was $250.00 after the first $200 and something labor charge. But.....they were friendly!!!

These guys know their stuff. Its not a pretty place, but they get the job done.
