I introduced myself when my call was answered. I called to ask a question about my insurance. The young woman had looked up my info and answered my question by the the time I finished my sentence. Most concise phone call ever! Helpful and courteous. Five stars.

Used to be much better. Seems like once you downgrade from full coverage, you arent as important anymore. 🙆

I have been with state farm for 38 yrs and over the last 5 yrs they are so bad Ill considering changing companies

I called to see if my payment had gone through but since I made it online they couldnt see it. I think their system needs to be revised. I ended up having to check my bank acct to make sure it had gone through.
