Austin newborn is the perfect representative for this company. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable about he has company‘s product and capabilities. He explained pricing and how the job would be performed in a way that made it easy for me to understand. This is definitely a company that I will recommend to family and friends. Matthew was a delight. He was on time and prepared for the inspection undertaking of my air conditioning system. He checked and in relatively short found the problem and restored my unit to service. Hooray the wife is happy, all right with the world.Justin was on time and very professional. He replaced the A.C parts that was recommended so that I can be reasonably prepared for the winter season approaching. Great job all around.

So far we have used B&J twice once for the garbage disposal and the other time for the air conditioning. Communication, responsiveness, and customer service is top notch! They are trustworthy and didn’t over charge either time! They are also quick at what they do! We will keep using them!!

My air conditioner was making a loud noise so I called B & J Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning. They sent Matthew out the same day and he diagnosed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the compressor is frozen and the a/c unit is 20 years old so I am probably going to have to replace it. They are going to send a Comfort Advisor out Sunday afternoon to go over our options. Very good service!

B&J were very responsive. Our water heater died and started leaking. Called a plumber we knew, wait time of 4 days. Called B&J and they sent two guys the same day. Courteous, had masks and shoe coverings, gave us all our options without a pushy sales approach. Came back the following day and replaced our water heater with a new tankless system. They cleaned up after they were done, checked the water temp at all faucets, and made sure we had no questions. Fantastic overall experience and would recommend their services. We will call them again with future plumbing needs.

I am extremely disappointed with this company having given them the benefit of the doubt, had their technician diagnose my HVAC system and gave me repair options, I give them the green light to repair a $1700 repair mind you at that ! and after almost a month nothing happens. I called and finally they send their tech back to order parts and source them, moments later they call to say they feel the system is worth the repair and a waste of money, MY MONEY! so then why have me go through this whole options that the system can be repaired in the first place. Its my decision how I feel about spending my money if i feel it can be salvaged, then he proceeds to tell me a new system will be $15,000 are you serious! am i buying a house here! then additional duct work will require another $15,000 at that point I had enough, and the guy hangs up on me after saying, have a good day. I contacted another company and in 10min scheduled a day to deliver and install a new system by Carrier for $5,000 and that is a 3 ton system so I cant believe this company would just throw figures that are outrageous and put a customer against the wall, these units DO NOT COST THAT MUCH! yet they charge like they carry gold, never again dealing with them. Had they given me reasonable price for a replacement I would have considered but $15,000 for just an AC system, I have not lost my mind yet to pay that amount do these company believe people are rich these days that can afford to pay that amount?!!? Sad.. but thankfully I found a solution NO B S.

B&J maintains my HVAC system twice a year. They are always very professional in how they call to schedule an appointment, when they call to let me know the technician is on the way, and when they do follow-up surveys. They typically send texts and emails with a picture of the technician so that I know the person by sight and name. The techs are always very polite. They will occasionally offer advice on possible upgrades, but they are never pushy. It is very comforting to have a company like B&J on call for both HVAC and plumbing needs.

He was on time. We have a maintenance agreement based on a previous tankless water heater installation. He serviced the water heater, and checked on the other plumbing services to be sure there were no leaks or other problems that needed attention. I appreciate the annual check-up.

Jose had our issue figured out quickly. We had a new system put in back in February and had an air quality system installed at that time. We were fighting issues with several appliances draining slowly and the washing machine standpipe overflowing. The tech who came out was incredibly friendly and on time. I explained the issues (and what three other plumbers said before him) and where I felt like the issue was (a mainline clog or venting issues).He hopped into the crawlspace and immediately quoted $6,000 to replace the cast iron pipes from the washing machine to the kitchen - but this wouldnt solve the sewage backing up into our toilets. I was unsure if we had a clean-out as we just moved in, so that was added onto the quote without any inspection.Had another plumber come out not three days later who not only found our clean-out, but also ran a camera down our mainline and found a gigantic tree root that had broken the connection to the city sewer line. They were just out, replaced the section of pipe in under a day, and came in thousands less than the original quote from B&J.Now we have no sewage back-up and our washing machine runs flawlessly. Had we gone with B&J, wed have some new pipes but the issue would still remain and wouldve had to shell out thousands more to get the broken pipe repaired.

They came out to check into a major plumbing problem in our basement with our sewer drains and water issues. They were awesome. Explained everything.Gave us a comprehensive estimate. Their equipment seems to be state of the art so I trust they can handle whatever may come up when they actually break ground in my basement. They were extremely courteous and I am really happy with the level of communication and follow up. It is imperative to be able to trust a company in a situation where you have a big, expensive problem to fix. At this time I have confidence in them.

I asked the seemingly impossible job of moving a washing machine to a room that had a solid concrete floor and wall with no existing plumbing in the location. They succeeded in the task and everything looks like it was built to be there. They did it in a way nobody else even thought of. Very good work on a job several companies told me couldnt be done. It was done exactly as they said it would be.

Installation on new custom sink and faucet. Excellent installer, excellent sales personnel, excellent customer service.
