Very unprofessional, horrible customer service save your time and money and just don’t go here!Now you have responded to me, let me update my review and go more in depth since you still haven’t attempted any kind of good customer service. (Responding to this review would have been your chance for that)Originally you told me I could just drop the car off that morning and let me know when you opened, I never had a set “appointment” I called out of courtesy to let you know when I would be there and then you told me I hadn’t made it there on time and there was nothing you could do. After that you did not try to fit me in you did not even try to reschedule and were very rude to me. Also using my name publicly is very unprofessional, that is my personal business.Again I say please everyone save yourself the trouble and the rudeness of this company don’t go here!

Did great work on my FR-S. I had tint coming off from a previous installer. This one was pretty difficult to match exactly- but they did it to perfection. You can tell his work is very high-end. Very prompt and professional- would recommend to anyone in Wilmington!

This is the ONLY place I take my cars for tint.I have had Carolina Sun Control tint my SUV and my BMW. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my cars, but the work Chris does is flawless. Honest, skillful, fair and friendly are not descriptors I get to use much in today’s small business world, but CSC is all of these. Chris tinted my 2013 viper last minute and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. His work is top notch and only uses the best tint. He also vinyl cut letters for my boat that matched the factory pinstripping. I was blown away with the professional level of detail with his work. He is a master of his craft.

I brought my car into Carolina Sun Control right after I purchased it from the dealership. The film has protected my interior from fading and helps keep my car cooler while exposed to the sun.They installed paint protection film on the front as well. It has protected my paint from rock chips and stills looks as good as new 3 years later!They also came out and tinted my house after noticing all of the benefits from the film on my car. It lowered my energy bill and has also protected my furniture and floor from fading.Top notch service, Id highly recommend!
