I recently bought a 40 gooseneck trailer from Castle Haynes location and it was nothing short of an amazing experience. I recently started a Hot Shot company and didnt know much about trailers. Julio was the perfect salesman. He took the time to explain the product to me in detail and hooked the trailer up to my truck. John was amazing as well. He took the time to explain the maintenance I would need to keep up with. I will purchase all of my equipment from ECATs moving forward due to the experience I had here. John at the Castle Hayne location is top notch! I took my trailer in for minor repair without an appointment. He diagnosed the issue (which was actually a fuse on my truck), he dealt with it same day (even though I was a drop in with no appointment) and he did not even charge me!!!

My wife and I were traveling from out of town. We had a bearing go out on a vintage trailer which led to the entire drum/hub assembly going out and were having trouble finding parts on something over 40 years old. John was great. Awesome customer service. He got us what we needed to get home safely. We highly recommend them!

Purchased a trailer from here about a month ago and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Julio is the man!! He works crazy hard every single day and still manages to make you feel like you are his only customer. From the very start I had great experience.I called to inquire about a trailer and spoke with the receptionist. I got a call back from Julio not even 5 minutes later. He answered all my questions I had and was extremely knowledgeable about his products. I decided to purchase the trailer sight unseen and drove down 5 days later.Once I arrived again Julio was the man. If he didnt have an answer for you about something, he wouldnt BS you, he would talk with John in the shop (who is also extremely knowledgeable) the two of them would figure it out. Julio was understanding of my needsfor the trailer and hooked me up good from the start. Did all the paperwork and got the business stuff taken care of. Had a great conversation with Julio during the process and he is a very honest, Christian man, which I respect fully.I needed a few things done to the trailer before taking it home. In fact it is still being taken care of. However again like Ive already said. Yup Julio is the man!! He has kept me in the loop about the process the whole entire time. Again making you feel like a very important customer. He has even called me to keep me updated on the process after he has gotten off work.The one thing that I saw with the trailers were the prices were slightly higher than directly from big tex. Thats not on Julio though. Saying that, they are not a big tex company so they do have to purchase them from big tex.They have an enormous selection of trailers with everything you would want and have orders coming in all the time. The experience I had with Julio made the price thing not a big deal because I know I was taken care of. I would highly recommend that if you need a trailer come here and purchase from Julio, you will not be disappointed. I plan on purchasing all my trailers from him in the future.Again Julio is the man. Great experience all the way around.Side note: as you can see I have only 4 reviews on Google. This is hands down the best trailer place around!! There customer service is top notch, they are really knowledgeable and work really fast! I took my LQ horse trailer to them a few month ago to have a front axial put on and it was zero hassle and I was shocked by the price! I just took trailer in to have the AC unit replaced and they had it order and delivered the next day and put in! really happy with their services!

Great experience -- i was going to go to U-haul to get my hitch installed, but John talked me out of it -- for slightly more money i went local and better quality. Because my car is a used car, parts of it were rusty, and John told me that U-Haul wouldnt have been able to install the hitch, but East Coast Autos & Trailers did with no problem. Very quick installation, very nice people.

John was terrific he checked the wheel bearings on my tow dolly and showed me why I didnt need new ones yet hes a really honest man who is a pleasure doing business with

Rented a uHaul trailer for a quick half day move. Didnt even have to get out of my car to help them put it on and take it off the hitch. Additionally, had to hold onto the trailer overnight as I ran out of time to return it before work, They didnt even charge me for 12 extra hours. Excellent, quick service, definitely recommend.
