I was THOROUGHLY disappointed with my cleaning appointment!!The hygienist was 15 minutes late, and never told me her name when she opened the door for me. I had never had her before. The cleaning was not “systematic”. She did front of one side, back of another etc.; hodge podge. She had very little to “scrape off”. She was finished in 15 minutes. I was out of there in 20 minutes and was charged $180+ for the appointment!!!I do NOT feel like my teeth were cleaned thoroughly!!!

Everyone at this office is super nice. They made my smile look 777 duodecillion times better. I almost want to go back just to be around nice awesome people! Thank you all!

A Very professional dental office offering many choices to give you the smile you have been dreaming about. I met with Dr. Glen for a consultation and felt very comfortable with her explanations for the serious questions I asked. She is well- educated and, as they say, “she knows her stuff!”

As always Dr Glenn and her Staff were amazing. Called at 7a with an issue and they were able to get me in at 830a. If your like me and don’t like going to the dentist, this is the place for you.. I can’t say enough great things about them.

Staff is so friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the dentist and his auxiliary staff. Office is up to date w/ the latest technology, clean, and relaxing, with spa music playing in the background and relaxing images of wildlife to watch during your appointment. When I fractured a tooth, they got me in the next day, scanned my mouth, 3D printed a crown, and placed it all within a few hours. Old technology used to take over a week to have a crown made. The injection and procedure were painless. Highly recommend this office for all your dental care!

Did not have to wait for scheduled appointment. The office was well organized and sterilized for the virus. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I am so happy I found Dr Edgerton. I suffered from TMJ for a long time and didnt realize it can be reversed. I googled dentists near me that treated this issue in hopes that I could get relief from the pain I was in. Ive had several visits and it is making such a difference in my life. Going to the dentist is never fun but Dr Glenn and her staff make it a very painless experience. Everyone is nice, there are no lectures, team clearly knows what they are doing, and the whole place is spotless. Will keep going back.

Dr Glenn and the dental hygienist were both very professional, thorough, and communicative throughout the scope of my appointment. Their evaluation led to a need for further dental care but catching potential problems before they’re too big is important. I highly recommend their dental office.

Dr. Glenn is an amazing and compassionate dentist. I first arrived in her office for a semi-urgent dental issue. Dr. Glenn herself set up a surgical procedure for me the next day and has worked hand-in-hand with me and my ortho surgeon to correct the issue quickly and the right way.Dr. Glenn’s number one priority is to make sure I’m happy, but that she is also happy with my outcome. She has very high standards for her work and the patients happiness with the final outcome. Very poor front office/ new patient info.....Really theres almost to much to write, Michelle the front office/apt setter just dropped the ball on good customer service/care. Forgot to mention $120 office/Dr visit and when i asked her about it she said uh well i forgot And she failed to mention (after she said it would be ok) that the savings discount plan we have wouldnt work, (the supervisor had to tell me that) OK so i talked to the supervisor and you know where this is going . Right! So do your homework and make sure you do her work for her so there are no surprises...Dennis Woodworth

They are the absolute best dentist office. The staff is friendly and treat you like family. I had Dr. Fisher before he retired now I have Dr. Edgerton. They are awesome and will help with any issues. I recommend them. I go for cleanings and teeth whitening and they also have other dental care. Check them out!

I have heard many great things about Dr. Edgerton and his practice for some time, but never had a “reason” to switch until today when the bond in my front teeth came out. A colleague encouraged me to contact Dr. Edgerton and I’m glad I did. They didn’t have anything available on the schedule, but I asked them to keep me in mind in case of a cancellation. Michelle called me excitedly toward the end of the day and asked if I could come in, so if course I hurried over. The whole staff was so welcoming and kind. Ashley & Dr. Edgerton fixed me right up! My new bond looked better than the old! They took the time to make sure my bite was right, that everything was smooth, the color right, and that I was satisfied with the results. The procedure was painless and I’m so happy with the results. I can’t wait to go back for my cleaning and full exam. I know moving forward with this practice I will have a beautiful and healthy smile! I highly recommend them.

Totally impressed with my first visit. The entire staff was kind friendly and attentive. Dr. Edgerton took time with my initial consult and exam and Kate took time to show me the office and explain the practice before performing the most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had. I was at ease immediately!

Loved the fact they were open on Fridays. Was able to reach either partner after hours on their cell phone. Being out of town and needing immediate assistance, both of the above points were accommodating and reassuring. Staff and Dr. Edgerton were wonderful. Thank you.

I always get in right away at my appointment time, and they not only inform you about any findings, but also answer questions and teach about oral health. Everyone here is very professional and experienced. Front staff always efficient and I am always greeted with a smile. My hygienist is gentle and thorough as well as concerned about my health. The equipment is very modern, exceptionally clean, and the staff is well trained. Dr. Edgerton is very caring and professional. I fell and scraped my teeth. After a careful and thorough exam (after sympathizing with me and inquiring about my fall), he smoothed the damage I did and advised me what to look for in case there anything further. Unfortunately I do have a bad review. Its not because the dental staff its not because of my dentist, Ive had the worst experience ever trying to get the billing lady to get my bill paid through my insurance. I got a bill three months after I had four procedures done; with a late fee tacked on there of almost $400. So I contacted the billing department who was not only rude, but was not even filing my claim with the correct insurance company. So I gave her all of my insurance information again which she proceeded to file with the correct company at this time, but did not provide all of the information the company needed to pay my claim. I then received a bill in the mail for an additional $900 once again in late fees. So I had to pretty much file my own insurance claim by finding out all of the missing information my insurance company required so that I wouldnt have to pay a originally $600 bill that then turned into a $1900 bill! The hygienist staff and front desk lady.. amazing! My dentist.. fast, efficient, wonderful! Unfortunately one bad apple can ruin the barrel, and this barrel has been ruined for me.

From the first moment I met with Dr. Edgerton, I felt a rapport with both him and those that worked with him. He has done major dental work for me and was always concerned that I understood and that he was not only treating the problem but also it’s relationship with my whole mouth. Everything had to work together to create a better whole. There has never simply been a temporary bandaid. I highly recommend him and I now have a great dentist in the Wilmington area.
