Terrible Experience - Horrible ExperienceI went there on February.When the lady that prepares the taxes came out to call me, instead of taking me to the office and talk privately, she started the consult in front of everyone in the front desk, where people was waiting to be called, she grabbed my documents and said out loud how much I earned, and the mistakes I did, and stuff I consider private. She did not say that normally, she used inappropriate language that I do not consider proper of a professional person, in front of everyone in a very loud way with hand gestures that I did not like at all. I took my stuff and left.The person who prepares the taxes here, I consider him to be a very badly educated person.I went to this place in February 2015, in order to receive help and advice about my first time doing taxes. Instead of taking me to an office in private, he began to say how much I won and my mistakes in front of everyone, which I found very interprofessional, because all of that is private stuff. The language and signs that I use when expressing myself, speaking and scolding me according to her for the mistakes she had made, was very inappropriate as well. I do not recommend this place. They have no manners.I preferred to do my taxes online, on a site called turbotax, which is free.Many told me that maybe they would not return so much to me, but I prefer that the money that is not in return to me be left by the government for public works, that that lady who was going to charge me, so badly educated and screaming. The only thing she wanted was to show off in front of people who knew a lot, but the only thing she did was lose customers.
