I started going to Fresh Start last year. The space itself is bright, spotless, inviting. Barbara is extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, personable, really takes the time to get to know her clients. She offers so many services. Anything that you may want to correct about your complexion from birthmarks, sun spots, age spots, redness, crepey skin....whatever it is, Barbara has suggestions and a treatment for you. My skin has never looked or felt better. I am so glad that I found this gem. Look forward to continuing visits. Treat yourself! Youre worth it.

I have been to Fresh Start for several different treatments and have always had a wonderful experience! I’ve gone for tattoo removal, micro-needling, and hydra facials. Barbara gives great recommendations and is always very professional. I can’t wait to come back for a facial. I always leave glowing!

I went to Fresh Start to remove a tattoo that my old boy friend pressured me to get years ago. They were very nice. I never knew there was so involved with tattoo removal. Barbara knows so much about skin, tattoo ink and lasers. There pricing is very reasonable and I am making great progress. Only a few more treatments and I will be tattoo (and old boyfriend) free!! Yeah!! I highly recommend Fresh Start!!

My first thoughts on Barbra was that she is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I went in and got 2 tattoos lasered by her. It was my first time working with her but not my first laser experience. After the recommended 6-8week healing time, i contacted her and through voicemail explained to her that the laser didnt remove anything (again, not my first laser experience) and asked if she wanted to assess my condition and go from there. Its been 2months and not even a call back. However, Im sure if i left a voicemail trying to make another appointment she wouldve been happy to call me back the same day. Total waste of time and money.Updated on 08/07/2018Barbra, dont be petty replying to my review months later in that tone, that only shows how unprofessional you are.Had you called me as you claimed then i wouldve had no problem coming in since the point of my voicemail was for me to come back in. I NEVER heard back from you or anyone in your office so when it was time for my second appointment(which was premade at my first appt) i skipped it because I felt it was unprofessional and disrespectful that you would not reach back out to me and refuse to waste anymore of my time with your business. Now, Im entitiled to my opinion here and my opinion is that I wouldnt recommend anyone to see you.Thank you and enjoy the rest of your day :-)
