This organization has always been a blessing to the community if your in need of utility bills such as electric or water, clothing needs for your children and much more you can contact them and inquire

Giving one star for the immigration program counselor. He never picks up his phone. Never returns emails or phone calls. I have been trying to reach him for the past 3 & half weeks just to set up an appointment but something so simple he cant manage to do like respond. Very disappointing & I highly wouldnt recommend him at all!!!!!!!

I just moved to Delaware and my experience with them for the first and last time with Deborah Fawcett and her supervisor was just out right rude and unacceptable. The way Deborah greeted me at the door was unprofessional as hell. She didn’t have no mask on and treated everyone that waited outside with such disgrace. And The supervisor for some reason found it funny that I was asking questions about certain program they assist with. They didn’t help me with anything quickly denied me, I wonder why hmmm 🤔 Never again!

The place still looked the same since 1990s lol but I can say the staff in there are sweet and willing to help people not like other places. This is a program the help people with the light bill food and other help this office can help. Thanks for helping me and my family for years

Its not about disliking. The situation is the same as every other organization. They offer assistance and services, yet there never is any. One group sends you to another in a vicious circular motion. Who funds these programs and where is it going?

It’s a wonderful place to donate unwanted clothes as they offer and indispensable service to those in need.

Always helpful in assisting my with getting oil in the winter and should I receive a shut off notice on my water or electric they are always there to help out; the staff is very nice and professional as well as thorough; they are very well trained, and Ive never had any problem with them communicating what documents I may have forgotten that they need as well as what Ive been approved for and how the processes work for whatever Im getting help with; Im always grateful for Catholic Charities and the help they area always willing to give.

Really great. I got two sheets, two pillowcases, towel and nice feather pillow for 5.50! Much more useful than Goodwill, theyve got mattresses, bedframes, sofas, some clothes, housewares, and they dont price gouge!

They offer lots of great services including classes leading to a Drug and Alcohol Counselor education.

The staff are incredibly compassionate and very helpful.

I called with questions after being referred to them. I thought the people on the phone were quite rude and abrupt. The gentleman I spoke with behaved as though I should have known the answers to my questions before I called! He was annoyed with 3 questions!! Not the Catholic Social Services of my childhood that helped my family when we needed it!

I was blessed to be able to use the energy program and I have my approval letter back already the place is very clean the staff was very professional

Waited almost 3 wks for pick up. They were given full discription of item and told needed 2 man truck. They were to call 30 minutes before pickup. No phone call and when came here only one man. Very disappointed.

They came to my rescue when my husband passed away 2 months ago

Poor professionalismThe service immigration is very disrespectful, unprofessional and has no estime for nobody. His name is Daniel. It’s really a shame to have him there. I’ve been calling him for 3 weeks and leave multiple voice mail but no feedback from him.That’s a shame really
