I called A-1 to have them do an unusual job. Our house came with an inground pool that had sat unused for 4+ years. After draining it, we had a large amount of sludge and muck left in the bottom. A-1 did a fantastic job of emptying and cleaning the pool so its now ready for a new liner. Great job and such a great guy to deal with! Highly recommend!

Called about needing our septic tank emptied because it was backing up into the house and they came out that same day! Have used this company 3 times now, with no problems!

I paid them because they said they had pumped my tank out and now 3 weeks later it’s overflowing so there’s no way it was pumped. Now they won’t answer the phone.

I called them this morning and he were here within 2 hours to clean out our septic. We have also used him in the past with no issues. He was kind and prompt.

I also had a follow up appointment to repair the septic opening and they totally flaked. I actually kept them in my address book with a note “Do not use”

Called them set up an appointment... they never showed. I don’t understand this at all. How are these people even in buisness?

We had them out 2 years ago to replace our septic pump, then it went out last month and they came out, confirmed it was broken, said it was under warranty but now wont return our calls to come replace it.

I called on 11/13/18 and left a message asking for a return call in order to schedule pumping my septic tank. No return call. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Will never call them again.
