We have used Tom Riccio for several real estate transactions over the years and most recently to sell our home. He is genuinely a great person who cares about his clients. We have worked with a few agents in the past prior to being referred to Tom and we will never again use another agent. Tom always goes above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and does not hesitate to offer advice when solicited. Some of his advice has even helped save us money. He has a stellar reputation and an extensive network so he was able to provide us with a contact or service provider for all of the various “extras” that go along with buying or selling a home, which also helped save us time. Often, these were services that he has personally used so we feel as if he has our best interest in mind. He is an honest and patient agent that makes you feel as if every email, call, and question is important. We would highly recommend using Tom to anyone we know looking for an agent.

Jay Shinn, from this agency, sold the house next door to me. On a quiet spring morning at 8:30 a.m. while I was planting flowers, an irrational Jay Shinn started yelling across the lawn at me to the point where my husband came out of the house in fear Jay would do something threatening to me. The whole neighborhood could hear he was so loud and obnoxious. Jay apparently saw a political sign in my garage that he didnt like. He was rude, irate, and told me to go back to New Jersey!! (Im not from New Jersey). Tom Riccio was completely professional when I called in my complaint about Jay Shinns unprofessional and unhinged behavior. Find a different agent if you dont want your neighbors harrassed and threatened while selling your house.
