As soon as I read the way Captain Jay explained his business and his way of doing things on the website, I knew that it would be the perfect fit. I appreciated every detail and how he wasn’t just doing this to make a buck. He genuinely enjoys taking his guests parasailing and on scenic boat rides. The first day we took our four children for a scenic boat cruise. It was so relaxing and also informative as Jay would tell us bits of information as we passed different houses and land. After that, we came back the next day to go parasailing. I will admit that I was nervous as I haven’t ever done anything like this before, but he and his daughter were so on top of things that my nerves were immediately calmed. I want to thank you Jay and your family for giving our family memories that we won’t ever forget. We had a fabulous time with Jay and Caleb. I felt 100% safe with Jay in charge. He shares exactly what is going on with the wind and safety limits. His boat and equipment are in great shape. Jay was very friendly. We were so lucky to have great weather since Jay has to cancel about 50% to ensure safety when the winds are too high. It was easy to manage the experience and I highly recommend this company.

They had to cancel based on their boat breaking down. Im only here for a week and I couldnt reschedule because NOTHING was open. Nothing was charged to me at all, but I wish they had more boats so this wouldnt have happened. I was really looking forward to doing this.

Had a GREAT time! We have tried for fours to do it but the weather always got in the way. Captain Jay & his daughter made it worth the wait today. It was an awesome experience! We were nervous about parasailing and read all of the reviews. All of them were great except for one from a customer who didnt get their cancellation notice. Our experience was fantastic! Highly recommend!

We were unable to go parasailing because of the wind conditions so we took the scenic cruise instead. It was wonderful. Captain Jay was hilarious and we saw dolphins in the waterway! The kids loved it and we appreciated him putting our safety first. We will come parasailing with him next summer!

Horrible customer service.We booked a 12:30PM start time on Sunday Aug 19 2018 We showed up at 12:15PM as the website suggested. We called to ask where the office was, No answer. We finally found the address that was listed on the website. We parked, walked down to the dock as the website suggested and it was a ghost town. No sign of the parasailing company, no sign of any marked parasailing boats. No sign of any parasailing business in existence. We called the phone number found on google search and the phone number on the website. No answer.We left a voice massage. No call back. We emailed the email found on the website. No email back. This business is horrible, poor (non existand) customer service and all around bad.
