If something is wrong with your paycheck, contact the field service number on the front of your white book and they will make sure you get paid correctly in the next 2 days.

I have only been with the company since the summer and have learned more in a week than I did for half a year being a bagger. Not only does the managing staff help you in the company they help you outside of it too. I have become a better leader, a better public speaker, more confident, more precise in my thinking, better in time management, and a better person. There is not another job more suited for an individual to grow, develop, and learn. Also the pay is nice too!

This job is absolute garbage they promise you 17/hr or commission which is really per demo and whichever is higher. You attend about 20 hours of unpaid training over 3 days where you learn to cry to people about your goals in life so they will feel sorry for you and buy $1,000-$2,000 knife sets. Not selling is not an option even though the main pitch is calling referrals and telling them i get paid to do a demo you dont have to buy anything. You are required to attend meetings that last several hours 2-3 times a week. I recieved my first check for a grand total of $5.90. I was shocked i had completed 5 demos and made 2 sales and at $17/demo or commission how is that possible? I then realized why the manager Amir Habash said so many times that people said this job was a scam..thats because it IS!!! The knives are awesome but this company is a rip off.Dont waste your time on a get rich quick company like they advertise and go get a steady 9-5 job.

I’ve been going strong with CutCo for a year now. That may seem like a short amount of time but I have learned more from this year with CutCo than I ever have from my 4 years of high school! Within one year I have earned 4 sales promotions and 1 management promotion. In my first summer I earned over $6,000 in 2 months on the job and sold $20,000 of product with my customers! My motivation, drive and desire for leadership was quickly noted and I was promoted to Assistant Manager where I started to learn how to interview, hire, and manage representatives. While all of this was happening I was attending high-level sales conferences where I was able to personally speak to self-made millionaires and the best-of-the-best in the CutCo industry, further my sales experience and learn about leadership opportunities in management where I will be able to run my OWN office in 2018 as a branch manager. This is why I chose CutCo above everything else, because NOTHING is like CutCo and I know if I choose to leave that I will have one of the most competitive resumes sliding across that desk and the skills to back it all up.
