First time here. I was able to schedule a same day appt. No waiting once arrived and actually had the scan ahead of time. Front desk was friendly and efficient and Bill, my technician was great. In and out in under an hour.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Very pleasant staff. If I need imaging in the future I will go to that location.

Tia was very friendly, professional and helpful in assisting me in obtaining my CD and report from a prior scan and setting up my patient portal all while I was waiting for todays scan. Ashley was very friendly and efficient as well. Plus they were able to send my xray directly to Dr. Andrisani at Delaware Orthopaedic Specialist while I was waiting and avoid having to make a second trip.

The staff at Delaware imaging is very friendly and courteous. They always greet you with a smile. It’s very clean and organized. My experience there was a very positive one. I would definitely recommend family and friends to go there for any imaging testing they would need.

Courteous, I didn’t have to wait, they streamed me through in 10 minutes.The attached doctors office, even though the doctors are absolutely worth waiting for, however, was packed and had a 45 minute wait. Plan to be an hour early, and you’ll get in on time. If you just need an X-ray, this is definitely the place.

Went in today for an X-ray of my back. Its really convenient since your office is in the same building, although you have offices pretty much everywhere. I recently had X-rays done at your Silverside location as well, and that experience was really good. This experience was equally as good and it is a pleasure coming to your organization for tests. In an age where we seem to have forgotten that patients are customers as well and that proper courteous treatment is not required, your organization gets it and does it right. From the first person I spoke with to getting instructions for my next test I was given all the time I needed to understand and feel prepared. There was a genuine helpfulness and smiles from everybody. No one enjoys having tests done and there is stress in this no matter the reason, your group of people are fantastic. Service is prompt, knowledgeable and kind. The facility is clean and very well equipped. My physician told me of their facility to have test done, but lets face it, when you have already gotten great service why would you go anywhere else. Thank you for all you have done for me.

The staff was very nice and I was in and out within 15 minutes.

The X-ray Technologist was willing to wait for me until after closing so I could get the urgently needed x-ray. That alone is worth as many stars as I can possibly leave. Im not used to getting exemplary customer service. This is indeed a rarity. Thank you, Delaware Imaging!

Facility was conveniently located for me and appears clean and orderly.. Staff were well informed and courteous. Of course there is the minimal paperwork that needs to be completed and signed by patient. Did not have to wait very long at all. Always appreciated.

Considering the social distancing requirements, the office was very organized. I received instructions ahead of time how early to arrive and to make sure I wore a mask. I appreciated the efficiency today.

I went to Brandywine Imaging for an MRI today. The office staff was very pleasant and very efficient with no waiting. Michelle was my technician and wow was she wonderful. Had a mixup, and had gone to the wrong location, they had contacted each other and agreed to see me once I arrived even though I was going to be late. Very helpful. Extremely courteous.

My appointment went well. I was seen right away. I have no complaints. Everyone was gracious and pleasant.

What a great staff at this location. We were sent there after speaking with our doctors office and were told to get an xray. When we got to this location, there was no script for us there. Our doctor was at lunch and didnt answer. The ladies didnt stop trying to find our script and even called the doctor and got a new script faxed. I cant tell you how much this helped me and made a stressful day not so stressful. Thank you for hiring such devoted employees.

This was my first visit to this location & I was pleasantly surprised with the courteous & professional staff that greeted me & entered my personal information & coverage - all handled efficiently!My wait was less than 5 minutes & then the X-ray technician took over & performed my X-rays carefully & thoroughly!!I will certainly use their services again (vs others in the area)!

The nurse/technician who assisted me, Michelle, was wonderful. She was so very kind and really assuaged me before and during the MRA procedure. Great “bedside manner” and funny. She made the 40 minutes go by more quickly.

I was very pleased with the service I received today at 1 pm. I had a tight time frame as I had to have blood work at 2 pm. The staff was very helpful & I was out of there with my chest X-ray done at 1:15 pm. I have been here previously & have always been pleased with the service.Carole Burdge

It is a real pleasure to be a patient in your office at the Brandywine town center. The staff at the greeting – very knowledgeable and quick to respond to your request. I have only been for an MRI twice but I found the tech Tatian to be very professional very friendly and quite concerned about what she’s doing. Her explanation and answers to my questions have always been thorough complete and very informative.

Staff was very helpful and professional. My Ultrasound Technician 👩‍🔧 was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, cheerful, thoroughly professional. She knew how to work around my physical limitations.

Papastavros is the best. I didn’t even have an appointment, just walked in and they were able to do 2 MRIs right then. I’ve never seen that before. Great people! Highly recommend.

From the time I arrived to when I left the entire staff was friendly and very helpful and they were on time... no waiting.

I was on time for my ultrasound appointment and the staff at the reception desk was unfriendly and extremely unwelcoming, this is not my first experience having these problem at this place. Instead of helping they discuss their personal issues and kept asking for my name again and again Its really sad to have such unprofessional receptionists that treat the patients so negatively. It has been the same few employees treating me like this, but the lady who was doing my ultrasound was kind and professional and I appreciate that, however, I wouldnt recommend the place to anyone.

I was early for my appointment. Completed all paperwork and still was taken after individuals who showed up without Identification & their script. I would not recommend this facility.***Amendment: Full disclosure although the person who handled my intake was less than pleasant, the person who handled my procedure was professional & courteous. She appeared to genuinely be concerned with the quality of my experience. Health care is costly & consumers expect to be treated with respect & have their time valued. Overall, I still will only use this facility if I’m forced to by my insurance company; however I though it only fair to tell the entire truth. There are some great people who work here, turns out, one sour apple spoiled the bunch.

My pri care doc is encouraging me to use Delaware Imaging Network but lack of information on DINs website causes me to continue with Christiana Care for my imaging needs. Basic info like hours of operation is not provided. Also, is DIN continuing Papastavros policy of walk-in service for xrays? One wouldnt know from their website. I know Christiana allows walk-ins so I will just go there.

Took me several days to answer your request. I have been having problems with my phone. Originally thought it was a problem with the service you used and Google but, I had Apple help me finally be able to answer you.The staff were very professional and assisted me in getting my x-rays since I get about with a Power chair. The tech also knew how to get what she needed since I have foot drop in the leg being x-rayed.Thank you all for the caring work you do.

Went in for a knee X-ray and the technician did not offer chest, abdomen, or thyroid coverage (to protect from radiation to these areas). This should be offered to anyone when possible.

Staff is incredibly friendly and got me in and out very quickly. I highly recommend this location.

I was seen quickly and when it was decided that I needed an Xray of the affected hip I was sent next door to the Papastravos Screening office where the x-ray was completed and by the time I arrived back in Dr. Voltzs office he was already bringing up the image. We made the decision to have a cortisone injection, and I was finished! In less than an hour. I was very pleased with care that I received.

The technicians and admin staff were friendly BUT it took over an hour for a simple hand and wrist X-ray. Only one X-ray technician working. I would NOT recommend going to this location. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so as a result of the bad service

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WHEN I RECEIVED AN MRI EXAM. EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED CLEARLY AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS..

I took my Mom here for an Xray of her knees....doctor sent us there. It was a long wait, but the service was fine.

I had to wait for about 20/25 minutes because there was a problem with the computer. Otherwise, it was good. The tech, Michele was very nice.

I did not have to wait long for the MRI and the staff were pleasant and professional.
