Horrible customer service & support. I start off being unable to access my messages so I ask customer service whats up. I am told I must not have been logged in. Im not even joking. I find out later that you cannot see your AMA questions until it is over (takes about 2 days). Then all your questions materialize and you can answer. The idea behind AMA has great potential but the idea of allowing only 1 AMA per topic is just silly. I tried to extend my AMA past the 2 days and they paused my 2nd AMA despite taking my 30 tokens and saying the maximum AMA is a week. AMAfeed is NOT USER FRIENDLY so they need to work on that issue. Also, what would you think if youre new and they refunded your promotion $ with the excuse were putting the site on hold? Is the site on hold for everyone? Why is it on hold at all? Many questions I asked support were never answered. They act very apathetic & lazy. I wonder if some of the interviewers are bots. Some good questions from them anyway. Get a new support staff and dont treat new people like this. Its either DENIAL OF SERVICE or gross incompetence. Makes you wonder who is running the show. The concept behind the site is valid. They just need to hire better people and rework some of their restrictive rules. Authors want to PROMOTE their book. Not two days, youre done. GET OUT!
