While getting a hot tub took a long time because of manufacturing backlogs. Nancy did a wonderful job keeping me informed during the whole process. When the day came for the hot tub to be delivered. I noticed some minor cosmetic damage from the factory. Nancy was quick to get on the phone with Jacuzzi to get the part ordered. It was nice having her there every step of the way keeping me informed and ensuring as a customer I was satisfied.As a company she was always pleasant and went above and beyond addressing any concerns I may have had to ensure at the end of the day I was a happy customer. Her alone is why I am leaving a 5 star review, she has made this journey wonderful for me.

Nancy was great and worked hard to secure a hot tub that met our familys needs, especially appreciated considering the supply challenges during the pandemic. We were kept updated on delivery timelines and once the tub was available in the warehouse, it was quickly delivered and setup exactly as we wanted. The entire team, sales to delivery were friendly and efficient.

I originally gave this place a higher rating, however after the installation I discovered a part was missing. I contacted Nancy to get the issue resolved. I was told it was a corporate headquarters issue. I have made several calls to dress the issue. It is now 6 months and the problem has not been resolved and nobody has tried to resolve the issue. Overall the store has been a place of misinformation since the start. Buyer beware.

I am pleased to share my buying experience with you. Nancy Nespor was my sales person and extremely professional. After purchasing our jacuzzi we encountered a communication problem which Nancy strongly supported me in resolving quickly and in our favor. Nancy also will be providing chemicals free of charge for the life of the jacuzzi. Nancy was very knowlegdeable about the jacuzzi and its functions. Nancy also was very clear on what we needed prior to delivery and installation. When ever i had a question or concern, she replied in a timely fashion and helped resolve my anciety and calm my much heightened anger when things were not going as planned. I can honestly say that Nancy was there from the beginning of the purchasing proces up to the pouint where we were sipping drinks from our jacuzzi. Initial customer support to schedule a repair date was great, after the guy came out and found the problem they were suppose to follow up with pricing / parts to come back out and fix it . I’ve called and emailed over a dozen times no response . I’m starting to feel like there only interest was the consultation fee.

From the first email to the first bubble, this process was amazing. The staff is open, informative, and patient when communicating with you. Buying a hot tub can be very confusing at times. However. their staff can guide you to your perfect little pool!

Very disappointed in my impression of this location. Showed up to shop at 1015am.... store listed 10am open time.... and was still closed. With their limited hours posted, not opening on time is critical. Looked in window and there is very little inventory to see and touch. Not sure they are even operational right now.

I purchased my hot tub from the kirkwood location. Garry did his best to give me the best deal he could. It didn’t go as smoothly as I would have liked but Garry did everything in his power to make it right. In the end I love my hot tub and making some ailments feel better.

The model J385 is great. Strong well placed jets. Install was a breeze. Gary at Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Wilmington DE was real nice, informative and helpful. He suggested a great Electrician as well. Delivery and removal was a breeze due to a wonderfu crew. Previous Hot Springs owner, Jacuzzi has much more to offer, stronger jets, better placement and overall design. Great price point as well. It feels SO good.....!

We purchase our spa in the fall of 2017. We bought J 35 spa off the showroom floor. Excellent customer service and set up. It was delivered in a few days and fit perfect on our patio. It was easy to hook up to plug-and-play, little later we had licensed electrician hard wired to panel box. Two reasons why I bought this spa. The first one was for the quality of the spa itself. And the second reason I bought the spa was because of the knowledge of the sales persons. They explain in detail how to use it and how to maintain and that made life a lot easier for me. I would recommend WilmingtonJacuzzi spa to anybody who is looking for good quality spa and knowledgeable staff.

Gary was a great salesperson. My husband went to the store to look at the hot tubs. I was working. He spent a lot of time with Joe going over everything. Joe says that Gary was very knowledgeable and patience. I had to work til 5 then for me to get home and get back to the store. Gary waited and again went over things with me. We would recommend anyone that would be interested in a hot tub to go see Gary.

If I were to describe my hot tub purchase experience using one word, it would simply be WOW! I purchased a hot tub from Jacuzzi of Wilmington at the Home Show in Philly. I had a delivery date a month away, which they accommodated. When the delivery guys showed up, the realized what a challenge they were up against in getting the hot tub to the designated location in the small back yard of my twin home. They immediately game planned and when they explained to me what they had in mind, my initial thought was no way. They carried out their plan to perfection, as if they had done it a thousand times. What a great delivery duo. It takes a lot to impress me, but I was thoroughly impressed! After we got the tub ready to use, I was disappointed to see that a pump wasnt working properly. Here is where a company shows their true colors...service AFTER the sale. One of the owners, Grant, stopped by for what he was expecting to be an easy fix. He found out otherwise. I purchased the floor model from the show and, apparently, things need to be rewired for show purposes. Most companies would probably just schedule a future date to send a technician, but Grant went the extra mile. He sent pictures to a technician and the tech walked him through the fix on the phone so that we could enjoy the tub ASAP. THAT, folks, is called customer service! Since then I have spoken with folks there regarding the chemicals and the likes, as this is all new to me. They were all cordial and willing to explain things to my satisfaction. Grant texted me just last week to see how everything was going. I was shocked. They didnt sell me something, they started a relationship, not by a good sales job, but by amazing customer care after the sale. I highly recommend this company. Great hot tub, great install, great customer care. All in all, this was a five star experience. Go get yourself one!

We love the Jacuzzi tub and our experience with Shane when purchasing, however, the delivery process was less than adequate. In advance, we were told that the delivery to our location would be no problem, but, when the tub was delivered this was not the case. First, they ran over our drip septic field (after being told to avoid that area) and damaged it. They left large sink holes in our newly landscaped yard and broke large brand new stepping stones by running over them with machinery. The tub was left in the rain over several nights because their first attempt at delivery was unsuccessful. As a result, the tub started out dirty and with frozen rain in the bottom. Once it was finally in place, Grant said its all yours now and all that will clear up, once you get it running. There was no set up at all. It was completey left to me to get the tub up and running. They have never even followed up to see if we were happy with the tub. I still havent been able to get the wifi to connect in order to utilize the Pro Link, so, Im looking into that on my own, as well. I thought this might be typical of a hot tub purchase, but, apparently, its not. We are looking at purchasing another tub at our house in Utah and that dealer states that they do a complete hook up of the tub and dont leave until they know its running properly. I would recommend buying Jacuzzi from another location. Steer clear of Wilmington.
