I am not new to security flaws in most major online retail/distributors. You see, the man who helped me on the phone today to catch this person or persons explained that these situations are extremely rare. Well i must be an extremely rare situation magnet because this has happened to me before. Out of the same out fit in Delaware. USING 2 DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS.Edit: I did not realize that 17 people have been bxtch slapped by these a$$ faces. Wilmington Delaware Police!!! Ya just watching this shxt happen. I mean cmon 17 people?? However i also am having the police sent there tomorrow. I will mention these posts and hopefully the cam dig a little deeper and really bust these d-bags.

Partners paypal got hacked, we have no clue how it happened, whether it was somehow linked to ebay or not, but similar experience like other reviewers. Same experience as those listed below. Online account hacked, purchases made, attempting to ship to this location. Name on hacked shipping package was Artem Mishyrowskiy. I hope they were stupid enough to use their real name. Next stop, contacting local police.

Similar experience to other reviewers about an eBay transaction. Buyer used this address as their eBay shipping address. After receiving the eBay item at this address, the buyer requested a return for false reasons, eBay approved the return request after the buyer opened a case with eBay, and the buyer never returned the item he purchased. EBay provided the Buyer with a refund because the buyer provided an unrelated USPS tracking number that showed that the package was delivered to the correct zip code and city. EBay instantly refunded the Buyer’s money after seeing that the tracking number provided by the Buyer was delivered somewhere, but not to me. In this type of situation eBay requires that the Seller prove that it did not receive the returned item. This requires an inquiry with USPS and after several days showed that the delivery address for the tracking number provided by the buyer was not my address. It was another address (not even the same street) in the same city and zip code. Because of privacy reasons, USPS will not provide the actual delivery address to me. Beware of this type of fraud as a seller and beware if this delivery address is used for eBay shipments.

Like the previous reviewer, Im also dealing with a scammer who shipped to this address.In my case, someone purchased an item from me on eBay, had it shipped to this address, immediately claimed it was broken (before the item could reasonably have been forwarded to them), and demanded a return.They then sent the return in a 2oz package to a random address in our zip code, which satisfied eBay, because all eBay could see from the tracking was that the buyer shipped a package to our zip code. I got the full tracking report from the post office with the destination shipping address, and could see that it was clearly never intended to go to our address, and was too light to be an actual return of the item in question anyways. Apparently this is a common scam.Im not sure if ICS is a legitimate business or somehow caught up in this, but they seem to be accepting multiple packages for scammers.
