Great place for ordering piping drape! It seems that I cant find it anywhere in Philadelphia. I have used this company at least 4 times already! We normally have Sunday afternoon events at our church and we are able to pick up on Friday and return on Monday. Pick-up and drop-off is between the hours of 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. A deposit may be required when reserving what you need and will be deducted from your remaining balance. The ladies here were nice and helpful. They have an array of items for all of your party needs!

Wow! The customer service is awful. I just called to see if they had chairs that I could rent for an event and the person on the phone said “we have no chairs available. Okay? Buh bye.” And then hung up… didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, didn’t ask if there was anything else she could help with. Very rude, very abrupt. Wouldn’t rent from them again in the future even if they had the things I needed.

Great place for rentals staff could be a little friendly

Had everything i needed for my wedding, prices were outstanding and staffing polite and informative . Best tri state rental company around. No wonder they have been in business so long. Love this place and the prices.

What a great company for large events. My husband and I used them for our wedding.Everything was perfect. It was a pleasure working with the ladies in the office they really made my (our) day special.

Needed 12 chairs for a Saturday, they had 12 chairs for me to pick up that Friday. Returned the chairs the following Monday. No hassle or issues in any way shape or form. Great service and great pricing!

Great experience. I rented 4 cocktail tables and tablecloths for a party at my house. Employees at Diamond State Rentals provided great customer service and they were very personable. I would recommend them for party rental needs to friends and family. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Would definitely use them again!
