I had a great experience at Exceptional Dentistry! I called to make an appointment for an annual cleaning and like most places they were booking a few weeks out. Marie said shed put me on a cancellation list and call me if anything opened sooner. To my surprise, she called me the very next day to see if I wanted to come that afternoon!My appointment was great! The place was spotless clean, had excellent COVID safety procedures in place, was very thorough in the cleaning, answered tons of questions I had and were all around great to work with. Dr Matthews was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for their responsiveness, cleanliness, thoroughness and great customer service!

I have visited Dr. Bayley mostly for consultation. I was impressed by his expert diagnosis. In my case he mostly ended up correcting other dentists mistakes. I noticed that he has good motor skills, and uses top-quality materials and methods.

Excellent third visit. Had to find a new dentist and was lucky enough to find Dr Matthews and her personal staff. First visit found I needed an old filling fixed and a crown. Next visit, all in one visit the tooth was fixed and crown made and put in. No 2-3 visits to get crown. I even watched Dr Matthews digitally design crown and then I got to see the machine make the porcelain crown. How informative and exciting.I have had a lot of dental procedures in my 74 years so these visits have really almost been fun.To Dr Matthews and her staff, Barb and Marie keep up the great work

My wife and I have been with Dr. Matthews since we moved to Delaware five years ago. This includes moving with her to a new practice. She is thorough, and always explains exactly what is happening. Unlike other practices I have been to, I always feel like a patient, and not a client or billing opportunity. Even when suggesting an electric toothbrush, she recommended the less costly model because the bells and whistles of the more expensive one were unnecessary.

Had my first visit at exceptional dentistry yesterday for a general cleaning. I was especially hesitant going to a dentist during covid 19, but the office went above and beyond taking precautions and ensuring both the office was sanitized and also that the patient was aware of all the precautions. They took my temperature and oxygen levels before even allowing me back into the dental area. I felt very safe, appreciated the precautions and had one of the best cleanings. I will definitely be back!!

I was told by another dentist I needed a root canal but was also told the were no longer in-network with my dental insurance. My experience with Dr. Matthews and the entire staff was awesome. From setting up the appointment online, to my visit onsite was seamless and efficient. AMAZING!!!! My experience at Exceptional Dentistry was great! I had been suffering for months with dental pain. I was at another practice and they tried several things (Traumatizing ) and still NO RELIEF! I found Dr Matthew’s again and she fixed my mouth pain in one visit. She took her time and ran every test to locate the issue and fixed it immediately!! I’m forever grateful it be able to eat and drink again!!!
