Ordered a test kit back in June with a 2-3 week leadtime. Once ordered, will be shipped expected date, end of august. Asked for update aug 24th, will ship by Sept 3rd. Sent message today, answer is Didnt know you already paid...... Got Paypal involved and issued a refund.What a waste of time! Dont bother ordering from them, if you find a reputable vendor and they take a little longer than what global states.....stick with the reputable vendor. Globals info on delivery is hollow at best.

The customer service by Eduardo was great. However, getting the item that I need in is like pulling teeth. I had to pay extra $100 to get the Rigid Dies I need in. I think its a Rigid delay but to get the tools to me, it has to be shipped from Rigid to Global to me. Seems extremely inconvenient. Youd think Global would waive the 2 day shipping fee to help me get my tool in as fast as possible as I ordered this a month ago....

The product was not listed as being out of stock. A few days after ordering, I received an email of the backorder status. That happens occasionally. I was not given an expected time of arrival. After nearly a month, I called USDA Advantage and was given a number to call at Global Test Supply. I called thinking Id cancel the order. Im told it shipped that very day. It arrived shortly later in a battered box. The product was simply plastic bacterial spreaders and not damaged. However, compared to decades of placing orders, I find this below average. The representative I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great company and customer service that works with integrity. Had my Paypal hacked and they ordered a part from Global Test Supply. Once I started the chat session with customer support, within a minute they started to review the order and quickly cancelled with a refund. I called to return some expensive products with in the 30 day policy. I have never heard of a 30 day return policy that stated I had to have the product BACK IN YOUR HANDS with in 30 days. There was no way to return them on time so you wanted a 10% re-stock fee. When I asked to speak to the manager about the situation the person flat out said NO (these are actual quotes) to busy running his own business What do you think I am doing myself. Now I am waisting time explaining to you how to treat people. Remember the customer is the one who pays your bills!

$2800 for a partial order. I should have listen to the reviews!!I ordered a $2800 Rigid Seesnake Inspection camera from GTS. They had the best price, so I thought.Their Ad clearly shows the items and even in the description of what I expected to be sent. Two distinctly visible and labeled items.Item came in about 10 days as expected. When I opened the box, only one part of my order was sent. Reel, No CA-350 Monitor!I immediately called their 800 #. The one guy Steve said he wasnt able to help since it was near the end of the business day. He took my information and said he would call the warehouse to see about the other item. Monday Am I called, not trusting anyone. I spoke to one guy who was flat out RUDE. He couldnt shut up long enough to even HEAR my issue. Call was dropped, HMMM!I called back again. A different guy. Said he would look into it. Sensing I am getting swept under a rug here. Late monday the same day I called a different number and spoke to yet another person.My take on this is; there is no real clue as to what gets ordered ( from them as a third party buyer is what the really are ) from their website to what you will actually receive weeks after they have taken your $$$. Their staff has no real reporting to anyone of a customer order error. Other then to repeat the mantra. Let me check with the Manufacture.What should the manufacture have to do with THEIR website Ad and a proper shipping index?Thank fully I payed through PAYPAL. I filed a claim with PAYPAL Quickly. Only way to have any protection from an internet seller with a checkered {reviews} pattern of improper orders. READ some for your self.I will update this review to see where their service team goes with my $2800!You have been WARNED!

I have previously ordered a number of lab instruments and calibration solutions from this company without incident because of their prices were competitive. Recently tried to order an Oakton 450 handheld pH meter for my lab team and my CC was charged for it. Unit was never delivered to us despite receiving a notice from GTS that the unit had shipped. I contacted GTS customer service and was told that UPS returned the unit to them because the shipping address was incorrect even though the address on my invoice from GTS was correct. Asked GTS to re-ship the unit to me and confirmed the address they had was correct. GTS then wanted me to pay for all the shipping charges (return and shipping back again). Was told I would have to contact UPS if I had an issue with the original delivery but the original delivery was initiated by GTS not me so they should be resolving that issue with UPS. After this run around I asked them to just refund my money and informed them I would buy the pH unit elsewhere. Not a real smart move on their part. I am a Technical Director for a large chemical laboratory facility and I buy several thousands of $ worth of lab supplies every single month for my lab team. I guess can cross these guys off my list of suppliers going forward. Hopefully I will get a prompt refund but well see.
