I purchased a $3,500 heat sealer and was not informed of a $150 filter available to prevent product from being sucked into the unit. Unit failed within first 60 days of service. All-Spec will not return requests for help or repair. UPDATE: All-spec reached out and took steps to correct the situation. David was kind and helpful.

I called in to get help but there was none offered. The CSR spoke over me and interrupted my chance seek solutions. I will make for certain to order from your competitors.
