My service guy CJ was awesome. First of all they were super responsive. I thought I would have to wait a few days before getting an appointment, but they came the next day. CJ was on time, very professional, and very thorough. Great experience! Will use them again and recommend Newlite to others who are looking for great service.

Good morning, I received an email from a Newlite Technician informing me that the technical team has fixed my computer. How can this be as Ive not used my desktop in months and is not even connected to a power outlet!!I live in Asia and with tech support only available during the work week, standard business hours of NA time zones and with the customer lines often busy it has been almost impossible for me to connect with a live technician.

My tech was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough.I had many problems to resolve with my computer and he addressed each one. I did notice an issue with a change in my font prior to ending our session and he took time again to resolve the issue.

This is a scam.Yes at first was awesome.I paid them $383 .They checked on us an now they are calling me wanting to give my money back! My computer is a mess.I have no protection.Really wanting to know if they are doing this to other people.Had to put a star for it to post!!!!!

Very helpful. I wasnt familiar with the company... I was transferred to them after being bounced from Googles Help Desk to MSFTs. I did not compare prices with other services, but found the fees to be reasonable, particularly as they were attentive and actually fixed the problems I was having with my computer.

My sister had Newlite help delete corrupted / infected files. I put AVG Antivirus Free on my sisters computer. Newlite took it off the next time they touched my sisters computer and tried to sell her THEIR virus protection, leaving her computer with no virus protection.Sooo....I reinstalled AVG, AGAIN, the next time Newlite touched her computer they took off the AVG and tried to sell her their THEIR virus protection, leaving her computer with no antivirus.My sister is a Senior and not tech savvy. This company scams / tricks Seniors unfamiliar with tech to sell their product.

Great customer service, perfect tech support, patient and thorough.

I purchased Newlite antivirus protection several years ago and when I actually had a virus on my computer they took remote control over it, screwed it up, charged me more money and then scammed me out of more money by stating they were not able to repair the problem and I had to be connected to another group. I had to provide my credit card number so that my computer could be repaired and in the meantime my credit card company called me stating that there were gaming charges that just came up on my card. My credit card company blocked my card immediately and issued me a new one. Now Newlite calls and harasses me each and every day. I have no idea why they waste their time harassing people. This company needs to be shut down!
