I came here after experiencing some problems with my Dell XPS15 9550. I called in, left a voice message, and Dan responded in a timely manner. We set up a appointment for a few days later, and Dan listened to the issues I had with my device. Within a day, I received a call that it was ready for pick up.Upon receiving my laptop back, I have had no issues with any of the software or hardware! Dan fixed my mom’s iPhone 8+. A charger broke off into it and we were worried the whole port would have to be replaced but he was able to just pull it out. Super fair prices and quick service, will definitely be calling Dan again if we have anymore tech issues:)

He offers quality service and my interactions with him have always resulted in many take-away tips...in fact, he offers tutoring so that any newbie can become more familiar with new electronic programs, etc. This has been invaluable to me since I am more familiar with Apple Devices but recently had Dan update and install a new program on my laptop. Getting to know this new program with a good foundation laid by Dan has been enjoyable and much less confusing as I navigate my laptop. Dan the owner promptly called me back to inquire about my charging issues on my iPhone 8 plus. I made an appointment and he advised me of wireless charging capabilities for my phone and also agreed to perform a repair of my charging port if needed. Come to find out the port only needed to be cleaned and the fee was minimum. I will use Dan again in the future. I would like to support small business owners and he has great reviews which is why I chose him. I highly recommend.

Awesome!!! called at 3:53 in afternoon and he had fixed by 5:15. When I tell you I shattered my iPhone 7 Plus that is an understatement, I was expecting extra charges for picking off 18,872 glass shards. Great Prices and Quality Work. Despite my particular phone being a nightmare to work on, needing an almost complete disassembly, Dan replaced the battery in my phone in just a few hours. The work being done on a Saturday afternoon and for an excellent price was also a nice added bonus.

When I dropped my phone on my concrete driveway over six months ago, it cracked all the way across the screen but remained together because of the screen protector. Today Marked Improvements Smartphone replaced the screen and added a new screen protector. Danny, the owner, provided quick, efficient and reasonably priced work. Hopefully I will never drop my electronics again, but if so, I would use this company again.

Dan did a fabulous job repairing my Samsung phone. When the usual tricks of clearing cache and factory reset didnt stop it from routinely shutting itself down, he was able to save it by replacing the battery and reflashing firmware. Reasonable pricing. Great customer service. Recommend highly.

Dan saved my older iPhone that I dropped in a bucket of salt water. I was not ready to replace it. Now it’s good as new.He also cleaned up & updated my older computer that was starting to act wacky. And set it up so I can keep it free of trash & virus’s.He is so patient & very reasonably priced & fast.

Was going to give it a two-star review. The battery replacement went well but I got the phone back and the down button wasnt working on the side of the phone. But whatever it was apparently something they did in the shop because now its working just fine.

Even though I had a screen protector on my IPhone 7 Plus....The screen cracked and my rear facing camera stopped working after I dropped it face down on tile flooring. Called Dan, the owner Wednesday, morning, brought my phone to him at 1:00 and got it back...everything fixed....by 3:00 same day!He explains everything he is going to do clearly. He gave me a couple of options to choose from. And let me know I could call back if I had any issues at all. My screen looks great and he replaced my camera and it’s up and running. I have had the best experience with Marked Imprivements Smartphone. My daughter was locked out of her computer and they were able to unlock it within the hour at a very afordabe rate. Not only that but they were able to detect a virus that had infected my new windows computer that destroyed my hard drive. He was able to diagnose the issue and found out that I was able to send it back to the manufactuer and have it repaired. The diagnosis rate was so affordable I could not believe it. He was able to have my computer back to me within 10 days!!! That included shipping it out and returning it back to me as well as installing a virus protection for me so that we wont have that problem happen again!!
