Every Support person is helpful when I call but I am extra happy when Brendan gets my requests. He is no-nonsense and wastes no time getting me where I need to be to be able to continue my days work! He explains what hes done or doing in laymans terms even though I still dont quite get it but thats what hes there for! Extremely happy to be back up and running after a couple of issues today! We switched our IT services to PCS this year and it has been like night and day! The team there is knowledgeable, responsive and work with you until the issue at hand is dealt with entirely. An issue we had that our old IT may have let go on for over a week or never fix entirely was fixed within a day or less using PCS.
