NOTE: Its been a few weeks since my review, and I want to point out why I think there are no REPLIES or NOTES from Geek Assured in response to these reviews--because they are bogus! I would bet that they arent even located here in the U.S. and that the photo and address on their Google account are fake too!SCAMMERS! I wish I could choose ZERO STARS! They tricked us into thinking they were Intuit (QB) tech support and stole $500 from us; then, when our year subscription ran out, they suggested they review our computer for issues, then when they did they said they found hundreds of bad files. But....THEY were the ones creating the fake files by typing in the words bad files detected, to trick us into renewing the tech support membership with them! They took over my computer and created FAKE problems to scam me!

Amazing!! Service Providers, I had issues in my phython application, Oasis Hitech Services resolved all the errors in the application in a very short span of time . I highly recommend their services. Cheers!!

Scammers, dont trust these people. They are not the real tech support from QuickBooks and will try to charge you ridiculous amounts of money to service your computer and they always say the same issue is that theres errors. Dont listen to them or give them any information. ONLY CALL QUICK BOOKS DIRECTLY FOR TECH SUPPORT.

If I could, I would give no stars. This is a scam!! I suggest you change all of your account passwords immediately.

Do not trust them!!!! SCAMMERS!!! A technician will tell you that your information is not uploading to the cloud and that you are about to lose information then they will say you have to pay for the service and they will push you to give your credit card.

One of our Employees made a small clerical error and called what she thought was Intuit support to help her out, long story short they lied to her saying there was a Quickbooks Profile Sync Error, that was not allowing their support team to be able to log in and help her with her problem. They required a Full years of Service payment which was going to be $599, after asking for a superior as paying that much for Quickbook support seemed ludicrous eventually talked them down to $499, they never actually fixed any issue with quickbooks... They logged in and seemed to do what looked to be a typical system cleanup running windows system file checker, and Ccleaner. Our employee actually figured out her own fix for the clerical error, they never did anything with quickbooks and were a total scam with lying and potraying themselves as quickbook support. Even when told we already pay a monthly fee and have ample other opportunities where they could have informed our employee they are not Intuit they never did, so the entire call our employee thought they were dealing with Intuit. I planned on having a call with intuit support, the following day I saw the bill on the credit card from GeekAssured..... it wasnt from Intuit... at that point I realized and had to inform her she was lied to and scammed... Currently requesting a refund and will dispute this with all necessary parties.

These people are not trained at all. Worst experience. You will spend hours while they fumble around. Would love to give no stars.

A total scam - stay away!!!! Called what I thought was Intuit Support for Quicken. After they logged into my machine they said I had all kinds of corrupt data that they could fix for $399. I had a bad feeling from the start and after further research found that others had similar experiences and that there were other reviews indicating that this was a scam. STAY AWAY!

SCAM! They stole over $1000.00 from me. DO NOT LET THEM FRAUD YOU!!

Oasis Hitech services, very bad experience I had . Will not use their services again.

I was facing speed issues with my cloud and then called oasis hitech for help but I made a mistake they kept phone on hang for hour and then said we cant help .Dont buy their services.
