Oriental Rug cleaned our large area rug and it now looks perfect on our floor. Two prior cleanings by other companies, pet and food stains had badly stained the rug to the point that I thought I would need to replace it. Oriental Rug did a terrific job and restored our rug. I recommend them to anyone and will only use them in the future to clean my rugs.

My mother in law recently passed away, and our daughter elected to take several rugs from Grandmas house. They hadnt been cleaned in decades. Oriental Rug & Carpet Cleaning picked the rugs up shortly after Hurricane Florence. They were very upfront about ours not being a priority since they werent wet, that I totally understood, and appreciated their honesty. I needed them back by Thanksgiving as the daughter & son in law from DC were renting a large vehicle and driving down specifically to get the rugs. The rugs were in fact cleaned by the holiday, however due to company family emergencies, were not delivered before the holiday itself. OR&CC worked with me to find a time over the weekend when we both would be available for picking up the rugs. It was clearly evident by the edges of the backs of the rolled up rugs that they had been cleaned. I am ever so grateful for demeanor and caring of all the employees we dealt with.

The company did an outstanding job. They arrived on time to pick up my rug for cleaning and delivered on time. The rug has never been cleaned in 25 years and now looks like new. The colors came out fresh and any stains were removed. My neighbors were so impressed with the results that they had their rugs cleaned too. Thanks for a service well done.

I have worked with this family operated business for over five years. They have done an excellent job with cleaning and providing protection on all my rugs and upholstrey. I have a large antique rug that is fragile and they have cleaned it twice to perfection. Seth is meticulous and very honest. There fees are reasonable and they truly work hard to meet their clients expectations.

Just picked up oriental rugs that I paid $536 to have them cleaned. Only one small rug looked as if it had been cleaned. One large rug has big yellow spots onIt that was not there when we took it in. The other large rug looked as if it had not been cleaned. The rugs weren’t very dirty when we took them in so they should not have been hard to clean. Only took them to be cleaned because we were doing some renovations and had to remove all of our furniture anyway so thought it would be a good time for them to be spruced up. Also, didn’t expect one to be dirtier when I picked it up then when I dropped it off. DO NOT trust this company with your valuable rugs.

They don’t seem to care about their customer service. After 4 weeks, I called about a rug I took in to be cleaned. I was told they would call me when it was ready. All the waiting for a cleaning and then paying $80 for it. Big time ripoff! And an unpleasant woman to deal with. No way would I go back. If I could rate less than one star, I would.

Owner not inviting! Took forever! Overpriced! Our sheepskin rug has yellow stripes now . Upon pickup i couldnt inspect as rplled up and tied with twine. I could have done better my self! Beware ! Terrible!
