I have used Lang Carpet for cleaning area rugs for several years and been pleased with both the service and cleaning. This past year I had multiple carpets cleaned and then stored them in a temperature/humidity controlled room. Sunday I rolled out a wool area rug that was cleaned approximately 10 months ago. There were stains still on it. I called the front desk (they have always given very good customer service) and she told me to bring it in. I rolled it up, put it in a truck, but when I got there a man who is head of cleaning objected and refused to reclean it. He said that he felt the rug came out pretty well. I have spent over a $1,000 in cleaning rugs the last 12 months. I told them they lost a customer. I sensed the front desk was surprised that he refused to reclean the rug. I will never return. Hard to believe he would treat a customer that way. Beth Kairer.

My wife and little one (of two years!) were moving and we were in need of having our area rug cleaned up and revitalized. I sought out a cleaning service and I found Lang Carpeting. I spoke to a young lady who was very helpful!! I dropped off my area rug and a week later, picked it up and looked brand new!!! The price of having it cleaned was fair and very comparable to a larger chain service. I highly recommend using their services! Please take attitudes all around and best of all, a clean wool area rug.

Couldnt be happier! They did a great job cleaning and deodorizing an old area rug that held sentimental value for my family. Just loved that theyre close, offered to pick up/drop off AND had super friendly people on the phone and in person. A positive experience for sure

Lang cleaned and repaired our large Kerman carpet. We are extremely pleased with both the repair work and the cleaning. Staff are customer oriented and friendly.I highly recommend this business.

I have two carpets from Lang and I love them both. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right carpet for my new house. I also had a carpet cleaned there and was very satisfied with the results.

Tom has been great, very helpful and informative with all their products. Largest selection of wool carpets I have seen. If your looking for higher-end carpeting or custom rugs, this is the place to go.

Great service and staff!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Took an $8000 rug to them that was only 3 years old. They DESTROYED it. All we wanted was a stain removed, and they destroyed the backing COMPLETELY. This rug goes in the trash. I hope they have good insurance.

Recently had my area rugs cleaned, wonderful job and even better customer service. Will definetly be back!
