The customer service and quality of the carpets are well above any other place where I have shopped. Mando and David are excellent sales people. Marlon and Mario went over and above the call of duty to place the rugs and our furniture. Worth every dollar!

We had a great experience in working with Rob of Gallery of Oriental Rugs. We searched their inventory for a certain color and type of rug for our new home but couldnt quite find one that fit our needs. We left the store but gave him our name and number, asking to call if anything came in that might work. He continued to look, through their suppliers, for other options. He called us a week or so later with some options and we ended up buying two rugs. I highly recommend Rob and this company.

I went to Gallery of Oriental Rugs after the other Oriental Rugs also on Oleander (6004) could not pick up me rug for cleaning for 2 weeks. And there price is great.

They did an amazing job cleaning my area rugs. Our rugs had worn traffic patterns, and came back looking brand new. The staff is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I wasnt sure if Gallery of Oriental Rugs would be willing to clean my rugs that were purchased elsewhere. In the past I havent been thrilled with the results when using a competing company and was a bit nervous about how my rugs would look after having them cleaned at this establishment. Im pleased to say that my rugs now look as good as new. The staff was so easy to deal with, going so far as to give me a courtesy call to let me know that the cleaning may take longer than originally estimated (in actuality they were done before the original deadline). The cost was very reasonable, especially considering that the staff treated my belongings as if they were their own.

I brought a rug all the way from FL that belonged to my Aunt and Uncle. I remember as a child visiting them in NYC then FL...oh the memories. I asked them to clean it as it had years of normal dirt with pet urine to boot. I received a call a couple of weeks later informing me the years of pet urine took its toll and that dry rot was preventing them from continuing. I was heart broken. I went there and met Fred, the owner, who took the time to explain the situation. If anyone wonders if there is anyone that can empathize with you this is the man. Not that I am a person that needs coddling but Fred was very sympathetic as he knew it was very personal. They held onto the rug for several weeks as I was traveling and could not get there...never said a cross word about it.The next part was amazing. He offered to work something out on a new rug taking into account what I was prepared to pay to have the original restored. I now will look at this rug with the same feeling as though it were my Aunts because of the wonderful way and the care this company handled the situation.
