I would rate Swyft filling less than a star if that was an option. I used Swyft fillings services to register an entity and for 9 months my service has not been completed. I call them they continuously make promises they cant keep, and the employees lie. They handle mails poorly and blame it on the courier its lost in the mail. How is every mail from your end getting lost in the mail? They are absolutely terrible at what they do. To think I also recommended them; never again. Youre better dealing with the states yourself than hiring swyft filing. They cause more stress than dealing yourself. You get what you pay for! The company itself has done an OK job, but the companies they outsource work to are HORRIBLE! Ive spent weeks trying to get my issue resolved without success. Swyft acknowledges the problem and wants to charge amendment fees to stop dealing with the companies THEY chose to outsource business to. Swyft- you have potential, but as the middle man you need to make things right. After all, I paid YOU.

These aholes have tried stealing 149.00 twice this week. Have not done business with them for 2 years. Paid in full. Tried a credit card they contacted me reported fraud. Took out of my bank account reported fraud. Reported fraud to paypal. I am filing a police report also

Expensive fees for services that cost pennies to do yourself. Cancelled all services a year ago and they insisted on payment for services I no longer wanted, and then charged my account despite me ending services.

Stay away at any cost. I ordered DBA filing and I got rejected by the county twice due to mistakes on Swyft Filings end. First time, they failed to instruct me that The County of San Francisco requires a business registration prior to filing for DBA – this knowledge is what Im paid them for and they failed me here. Second time, the county rejected my filing because they believe I dont have the DBA name on the business certificate, which I do. I believe its because Swyft Filings failed to include that information. Due to them failing to deliver, handling time turned into three months instead of 25-30 days promised by Swyft Filings. I pointed this out to them and asked for a refund, which they refused. If youre considering doing business with Swyft Filings, I strongly advise you against it – youll waste your money and time.

Needed an S-Corp filing. Found this company and paid a reasonable fee to begin the process. Had a hiccup with my address they gave me which delayed my filing, but Tyler and Drew swiftly apologized and even gave me a discount on my mail box.I love their dashboard system, easy to access documents, and corporation alerts and notices it offers.I am very happy with this company.

I wouldn’t work with them again if they did everything for free!!! I specifically asked for certain documents, paid for said documents and did not get them. I was so tired of waiting I called and email in same day PO. Then 6/9 documents appeared on my account. Sad it has to come to that for them to do business, like you pay them for. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I do not recommend this company. I did 2 orders with the company... one was not satisfactory other was outright fail. Their processes are far from perfect; They didnt check name properly that failed and caused many weeks of delay. They have some unnecessary manual processes (mailing) and are not optimized speed. Their online reporting of Status of the work is very vague & uninformative. Customer Service doesnt pick up and when they do respond to mails the next day or so, they dont offer solutions.What they do well, is SELL your contact information to other providers so accounting companies, payroll companies & web-developers etc. keep calling you for weeks on end.

Because their processing department was backlogged I had to reach out twice to get docs submitted to the state. Finally after 10 days they responded and submitted to the state. Company apologized and offered a $25 refund on several hundred worth of services. Not worth the headache.

Very bad experience with this company. Do not waste your money. The worst customer service experience ever. They provide document templates with many errors and do not want to correct it when you try to force them to get it corrected.

Do not use this company! I used them once several years ago & decided to never deal with them again....that is until they decided to charge my credit card again one year later without any type of authorization from me whatsoever.I have disputed the charge, but it’s been a hassle dealing with these scam artists.

They dont return phone calls and hold times are ridiculously long. No doesnt get back to you and it doesnt matter when you call its never answer. I dont know why they advertise this and they arent true to their word. Its the worst experiences I had with a company that claims to file these documents for you. I am very upset over this matter

On August 10 I signed for opening corporetion. I paid them their money the same day they told me about registered agent I refused that from them but than they told me ok and after charges me 149. So when they have my account number they can do what they want. I am so dissutisfied with them. I wrote them more than 10 times nothing. I am try to claim for my money from my bank but I don’t know if someone can advise something else

I placed a order with Swyft filings for a LLC. About 10 minutes later I started getting emails from my bank. My account was being debited for items that I did not want. I called and canceled my order approximately 20 minutes after I placed it. After five days they returned a portion of my money and kept some because of processing fees. Their website clearly states that there is a 100% money back guarantee. I guess I should have known better than to do business with a company that doesnt know how to spell SWIFT. These people are crooks. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SWYFT FILINGS THEY ARE CROOKS !!!!!!

This company repeated charges my card! I refused there charge last year then they did it again this year!! Crooks!! Do Not use these people. Not a good company! Find someone else.

Check out BBB. org for their true reviews. Im not sure how they have such a high rating on some sites online, but they are an F on the site that matters. Must be the worst customer service Ive ever had. Now, almost a year later of dealing with the same thing, Im leaving a review and a complaint with the BBB.

Don’t waste your time or money, there only concern about charging you for things they can’t do properly! Hard to get straight answer if someone answers the phone, save your money there not professional at all!!!!
