On Friday July 16 at approx 2:30 pm placed an order using a McDonald’s app deal code. Person taking order did not know how to use it so she screamed to her manager to take the order because she said she’s not putting up with this. Manager came to drive through window, it was a female she would not give me her name, and said she did not know what to do with the 4 numbers I have given her. Please train your employees about the McDonald’s app. And I don’t appreciate being talked down to.

The McDonalds on 896 is the worst. The crew is terrible and rude. The drive through is slow as a sloth if not slower. Dukart management has gone WAY DOWN. Yall should think of a different career.

Hey yall you need to do something about your slow drive thru at the Glasgow delaware location. It is horrible! I go there a few times a week early in AM (between 6 a d 630) to grab breakfast before a commute to Maryland. It takes an average of 15 minutes to get an order. Today I arrived at 5:58 and did not get my order until 6:12.

Mismanagement would be a more accurate term.
