Our landlord, Frank, has been timely in addressing any issues we have faced throughout our lease. Every issue has been addressed and remedied. Additionally, every person that has come to the property for an assessment or repair has been incredibly kind and hardworking. We have been very happy with our property manager!

We had a very poor experience with this company.They were our landlord and refused to fix broken things within our house until about 3-4 weeks into each issue. They hired the cheapest labor they could find to do repairs -- and those repairs were done horribly -- and required those cheap handymen to return to fix their original repairs several times.Ultimately, I wrote a letter threatening to take them to court if they didnt fix something (which was broken more than 15 days) and they sent me a letter terminating my lease.Work with them if you like leaky roofs, plumbing meltdowns, and broken commitments.
