Wow. I mean wow. On a scale of 1 to 10, they get a million. These folks are fantastic. I called them today, and boom, done. I am amazed, seriously amazed. I got on the phone with them, they emailed back, gave me detail of their services and I was under the gun for a deadline and wowza. My law firm will use them forever. My clients that used them are top in their industry and the business deals they do are at the top levels and wow, Advantage came thru like a friggin champ today. I have had the most horrible experience with this business. I registered as an LLC that receives very little money in revenue yearly and in ten months they have charged me over $1000. Hidden payment after hidden payment, does not have your best interest in mind.

It has been over 5 years now and I still remember what a mean spirited person this own was. She told me a price range and asked me for a deposit, then charged me double after she was done. Since I already put in $600, I couldnt just walk away, so I (I admit I was stupid) coughed up another $700 for 2 tax return (one of them was simple). So I paid $1300 for mine and my moms tax returns. After I complained to her, she agreed to refund some money. Then she sent me a nasty email saying she wouldnt give me any money because she knew I wouldnt use her again.Of course I wouldnt use her again. I found another tax professional who did a better job for $75. I wouldnt trust your tax return or any other important business with this woman.
