The kayaks were in good shape. The seat was quite comfortable. Tracy supplied us with a great map and a good plan for our trip. She was so helpful when we ran into some head winds and tidal currents which made our return trip a bit hard.

Dont go to the address listed on Google maps. Thats the only mistake we made! They operate over the phone. Once you know that, its a breeze. We talked with Tracie on the phone to discuss options (so maybe find her). She was knowledgeable, helpful and gave us good advice. We were two adults and one toddler in a tandem kayak. She met us at a dock that was perfect for kayaking to the sound side of Masonboro island because this is what we wanted to do. We were given a dry bag, a smaller dry box, vests, paddles and a map. It took us 20 min paddling across. The only turbulence in the water was from speed boats. We got to the island by 9am, walked across to the ocean side (5 min) and spent an hour playing in the waves. Then came back and spent an hour on the sound side playing in the little lagoons. It was clean, peaceful and beautiful. There were a few annoying flies mostly on the ocean side. We got back by 11:30, 30 min before our scheduled time. I called Tracie and she came immediately to get the kayak! I would strongly recommend the experience to anyone interested. Take hats, sunscreen, bug spray and drinking water.

This is not your typical beach rental kayak place - these folks take care of you and explain where the best paddling spots are located. After a quick check in at the kiosk, Aden, ( a college student and native Floridian), shared his favorite areas to explore. The people we met that worked at Wrightsville SUP were very personable - highly recommend them!

Owner Tracy Pierson provides great information about kayaking in the Wrightsville area. Shes an excellent resource for outdoor water sports in her region.

Independent small business. The couple are great and knowledgeable also very helpful. We had a great time kayaking. I left my glasses in the kayak compartment and they were great about helping us retrieve them.

Excellent, timely, friendly service from the owners. Great map to Masonboro and safe, well kept kayaks with good supporting seats. We highly recommend and will rent from this couple again. Thank you for a great day!

Best rental place anywhere in the Wrightsville Beach or Wilmington Area!! I rented 3 kayaks and they brought them right to the dock that was with out house we rented! They tried not to let me help but I had too. Very friendly and the Kayaks were very nice, clean, and worked great! We messed up and came back during the high tide coming in and were a little late. I thought they were going to let us hear it and charge but they were even nicer than when they dropped them off!Thanks Guys!!This will be a yearly tradition we will always enjoy!

They delivered 2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board for us. Awesome folks, really nice, gave us great pointers. Highly recommend.
