Excellent treatment eventually. Nothing urgent here. Sign up for an appointment? Really! Walk ins are given the next appt and they try to work you in if its urgent. Expected better from Christiana. Thats why we chose this location.

The care and attention to detail by The front Desk RT Tech Shawna was excellent. She was efficient, set expectations for wait times and was hustling. The medical assistant was very professional and lastly the Dr. I forget his name but he was efficient, educated me well and gave me great care. Great teamwork👍🏾👍🏾

Do not visit this urgent care. Go somewhere else— outside of Christiana Care if possible. We visited this location on Saturday, September 4th for an appointment scheduled at 1:30 pm. I called the day prior, and the receptionist I spoke to was very nice and seemed very helpful; however, when my husband and daughter went in for their visit the staff was rude and unprofessional. My husband called me because the staff didn’t seem willing to assist him. I was put on speaker, and the “provider” stood by and listened to a woman named Tara [Tann] yell into the receiver at me about needing paperwork that I previously told her I was happy to send. Tara and another female member of the staff passed the phone between one another making unprofessional comments like: “Is it just me or?” As though my questions regarding my daughter’s paperwork annoyed them. I received a full refund and left. We will visit Nemours or Wilmington First Walk-In moving forward. I highly recommend everyone else do the same.Update: I emailed the manager/owner who responded to my review below. I received a response to set up a call. After I provided my availability, I heard nothing else. We were able to get a full physical for my daughter at Wilmington First Walk-In with no problem.

I have been to this location many times in the past without issue but we made an appointment today for 12:30 and they delayed it until 1:20 at which time we arrived. We left at 3:00 without being seen. That is 2.5 hours after the original appointment. The doctor on call was not the normal doctors on call, but if doctors cannot see patients efficiently they should not be employed. Making patients wait that long is unacceptable and disrespectful honestly.

All 3 individuals, check in, nurse and doctor were pleasant and knowledgeable. Completely appreciated the doctor, his advice and recommendations. Will come back in the future.

The African American lady who worked morning shift on June 30th VERY RUDE, IGNORANT AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. after welcoming me with hood… attitude, I sat waited for a while. Finally I got called in the back room, the lady who was Seeing me went back outside to ask the RUDE!!! receptionist some questions regarding my visitation. I heard her LOUDLY disclosing my reason of being there and there were people in the lobby. I was in room with closed doors and I heard her yelling it out. I was very upset and shocked.

Receptionist was very condescending and rude when I giving my information at the registration desk. She continued to be rude throughout the whole visit. Elaine and the other staff member was very nice but the receptionist left a lasting unpleasant impression.

Tonia on Wednesday Night, Tasha yesterday were kind and professional. Elaine Turochy was wonderful- attentive, listened,clear direction and we would keep them all as our family doctor and staff if we could!Clean facility and we felt safe.

On Thursday I visit this facility I was impressed Everyone was Professional from time I came in the Energy was safe and clean . And Dr has Profound knowledge and has patient .understanding .We, felt safe and differently satisfied. they treated our medical emergency as if it was his familly member . I would refer others to come here . Trust me you medical emergency will be solve . Sincerely Brunsons

Definitely 10 The building was very clean and new, staff was very friendly, doctor was great and helpful! If I need a help again I would go back there no problem. The wait time was awesome. I expected to be there for hours but was in and out in about 35 mins!

Don’t bother making an appointment for the fairfax location. Twice now I’ve made an appointment, waited all day til my appointment time only to arrive and be told there are multiple people ahead of me and they have no idea how long the wait will be. Thankfully both times there was no wait at the urgent care across the street so I just went there. Also, expect to receive a slew of texts regarding pre-registering only to have to do it again when you get there.

If you are ever sick and want to feel much worse after, this urgent care is your best bet. The doctor will talk down to you and than proceed to misdiagnose you. Do not waste your time.

So rude!!! Concord Pike Location. Even though I’m not feeling well, I had to take a moment to review. I’ve never been there but the receptionist that answered the phone this morning rudely told me “everything thing I need to know is on their website and hung up. She was very unprofessional and rude and makes me not want to go there even though they are near me.

I was pleasantly surprised to have been in and out within 30 minutes. Although I ultimately had to go to Wilmington Hospital for treatment, the experience I had at Christina Care - Go Health was exactly what I wished it was like for all walk-in clinics.

I chose this location because they can do an xray if needed.The staff was welcoming,friendly and patient with me. Shawna took time to explain the waiting process.The place was clean and Covid Safety was followed.

Amazing experience! Me and my kids went for COVID testing! They we’re beyond patient and so nice! We were in and out so quickly. We were so taken care of, I’d recommend and go back for any reason! If the staff that was there when we were seen is seeing this, we are the Pasciolla family and we visited Tuesday, December 29. Thank you ladies for everything 😁

The guy who greeted me was so helpful, friendly n concerned. Nuses aide not as polite needs some customer relations lessons. Dr. Jones was professional n very helpful

Couple came in after me and woman took her mask off to say they need Covid test. Front staff conversed with her like that and didn’t tell her to keep her mask on. I was placed in a room with no wall, and since slider doors only cover half the alcoves was open to other patients. Man there for Covid test was coughing, and I asked to sit in my car or in a room with a door because I’m high risk (have multiple 1a issues), woman told me “everyone is high risk” and she didn’t have a room with a door. One woman at front desk didn’t have her nose covered by her mask. I left before seeing doctor and will never go back.

The staff was excellent with the customer number, knowledge of my visit and advise that was given for my at home care.

I was treated very well here. Im an anxious patient and needed stitches, and they were very kind with great bedside manner. The facility was also very nice, clean, and felt very safe during COVID times.

Came in today to be seen for an earache n one lady with blonde haie yelled from middle of hallway if i had an app I said no she walks up to her comp on the left to tell me someone else is coming up, girl comes up out the room saying omg and gets on the phone still standing waiting to check in ask if i had an app I said no she says hold on 5 min pass than she says i cant be seen till tomorrow Whatttt.... it is 330 n only one person there n one in the back. I wasnt there for covid testing i wanted to get seen for an earache. She said ok and I leave i have never been to an UC n been turned away for just being open in this location should really have bettrr care to ur patients n friendlier people working at the front desk. People go to UC to avoid the ER n to be turned away for a simple earache is beyond me. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Very unhappy experience

So I walked in to be told they don’t really do walk-ins and the next appointment will be available at 5:00pm (I as there at 1:00pm).
