I got a repair quote from other places in town and he was able to offer a competitive rate and spent the time to make sure my Mercedes was running great!! The owner likes to lie and try to deceive people. Luckily, I knew what I was talking about and caught him on it. Also, based on personal experience he also likes to talk down to people.

Took car in for an inspection. They said the steering rack was leaking on the right side (which was correct). They quoted my wife $662 for parts and labor. I bought a new reman unit from auto parts store and replaced myself (very easy diy job). She went back and they said it was still leaking FROM THE RIGHT SIDE. When she got home, the rack itself was bone dry but the boot was full of a dark oil that didnt look or smell like power steering fluid (mind you, I drained and replaced the fluid after I replaced the rack).I took it to a reputable place 15 minutes later and they passed it with no issue.Enough said... AVOID!

The owner, Charles Megan is extremely deceitful! Changed the companys Facebook page so no one could leave any more reviews. Beware, he will lie without any remorse to get your money. Dont think that because he is a shop owner that he is knowledgable. BBB will be contacted as well as an attorney.
