Bought a Transit Wagon 15 passenger from this auction with a CR 3.9, but the person who performed his or her duties failed to list on the CR that the wagon on said vehicle was missing a seat and failed to list a good size dent on top of the roof in the back that was already rusted. My bidding would have been adjusted for these items missing or repairs. I proceeded to file arbitration claim on line which in return I received a phone call from a lady in arbitration that told me they could not do anything about it. As usual Manheim wants us dealers to absorb their costs for their mistakes. The total cost was only $550 which would have make me a happy customer. Watch out when you buy from this auction because they do not stand behind their mistakes.

You will only be visiting this place if you are an employee of Manheim or a car dealer. The people there are very nice and helpful. The employees make the experience very positive and the breakfast sausage, snacks, and lunch are all worth the price you pay for them! I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Very bad area. The head did not give the opportunity to use a convivial car, which would drive cars that they could not start onto the trailer.
