By far the best mold inspection we have had to date, (and we have had many!) They tested air quality as well as surfaces for mold and spores. Very knowledgeable regarding different types of mold. Extremely helpful, and a reasonable price. Also, very sensitive to the hardships and seriousness associated with mold and mold illness.The only drawback is the lack of resources for actually accomplishing the recommended remediation. This company only does inspections, evaluations, and gives recommendations for remediation. This is an advantage in that there is no conflict of interests.... They do not benefit from exaggerating the needed steps. The downside is not being sure of who can accomplish the necessary steps well.Very highly recommended!

Paid $800 for mold detection on July 16th. Thirty days later, no results given to us. Business has ignored BOTH our emails trying to get test results we paid for. Ive had to open a dispute against the payment we made.

Knowledgeable, helpful, & pleasant to talk to. I had a few questions about collecting my own samples at my house to test for Asbestos and Anya was very nice to talk to. I appreciate it!
