Erik came out on 8/11 and did a thorough inspection, he asked me what my needs & concerns were, and listened very carefully while I explained the need for the service…He answered all of my questions clearly & concisely, making sure I understood what the next steps would be…Erik told me that if he wasn’t the one to come back, that it would be one of his guys who would be very knowledgeable and would answer any other questions I had or address any concerns I may have had after he left…We set up for service to start on 8/17, Jamal came, and he was very professional…He advised what he was going to do, and he asked me if I had any concerns or questions…Jamal also took the time to explain what he was doing & showed me everywhere he placed bait…Jamal was kind, courteous, quick & efficient….After Jamal was done with the service, he advised if I saw anything out of the ordinary as far as pests, I should call them immediately, as I am now a customer and you guys provide emergency service…. Very helpful with helping me get rid of flies and gnats but they returned in a week. Called themand they sent someone out right away and never asked any questions. Would recommend them.

I reached out to Delmar Pest Control about, what I believed to be, squirrels in the ceiling. The initial meeting with Erik went very well. He was on time, professional, courteous, and explained everything that had to be done. He was very efficient. And without me having to call, he sent a representative out the next week to check the trap. The second representative was just as professional and courteous. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I am receiving.

I found Delmar for my boss about 6 yrs ago because he current pest control didnt deal with snakes. I have loved them ever since. They always are willing to do whatever you want to keep you happy(even if they know theres no need for what youre asking for 🤪).

We had a squirrel infestation in the eaves of an outdoor porch. Erik, from Delmar, was not only knowledgeable about squirrels, he was extremely thorough. He came back multiple times to set traps and remove squirrels. All told there were 8! Erik was cordial and exacting. After he determined that the squirrels were no longer active, he sealed up the opening to prevent any more critters from entering. I would highly recommend Delmar and Erik for your wildlife removal. Delmar Pest control came out and got rid of Cicadas Killing Wasps that burrowed several mounds in my front yard. After one day there was no activity. I would have given 4 stars instead of 5, because was there was no specific information or details of the service performed, chemicals used, nor the technicians name. I do not believe in hurting a business rating for this. Other than that everything was A Okay!!!

I am a homeowner and new to mice issues. The representative (Eric) that came to my home for a free inspection was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me some very helpful tips to try and a very reasonable quote. I would recommend this service to anyone in need.

I received a call back the same day to explain what I needed help with. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional; my appointment was set up. The morning of the appointment received a call from Chris letting me know hes in his way. The service I needed was a bird nesting in the dryer hose. Chris cleaned out the hose and covered it up. The price was very reasonable.

We had a contract with Aptive. We had hundreds of wasps in our closet from a nest in the attic. Aptive was unresponsive to resolve the issue. Delmar came out that day and took care of the problem. The technician took the time to explain the process and was very professional. Delmar saved the day and I ended up cancelling my contract with Aptive.

I thought I had a squirrel in my attic so called 2 pest control companies. The first one, Critter Control, came out right away and gave me a 1,900.00 estimate to fix the problem. They used scare tactics like saying my dog and I would get mites and ticks from them. Keep in mind, no actual evidence of squirrels. They also asked if I lived alone...not sure why that mattered. Delmar came the next day and the tech was very friendly and super respectful. He wore booties to not track dirt into my house, listened patiently to my concerns as did the manager on the phone initially. The tech did a very thorough inspection wherein he discovered a bird which he humanely caught and let go out of the window. Total cost? 99.00. He didnt think I had a problem but told me to keep a watch for any more birds and call if there were further issues or concerns. The manager called the following Monday to make sure I was happy and pleased with the service. A+++

I called and explained that I wanted an inspection at the entrance to my garage for termites or carpenter ants. I thought I might have seen some saw dust and wanted to take care of whatever it was immediately. They answered immediately and quickly set up an inspection. Steve came out and after observation determined it was carpenter ants. Solution to spray and dust. I agreed with his solution and havent seen any signs of the culprits since. They offer a quarterly re spray and i have decided that would probably be a wise investment. Steve was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, but did not come of with a pushy sales pitch. I appreciate that ! He just explained my situation and offered what he felt the best solution. I highly recommend Delmar !

Del Mar pest control is a formal business. Definitely worth a speed dial. I love the clean work the expenses are fair and very friendly.

In the beginning, there was back and forth confusion whether the landscapers who discovered a bees nest while trying to extract a tree could remove the nest or not. In the end, the landscapers couldn’t do the job that required an exterminator. I wound up having to waste the exterminator’s (Eric) time by having him come out twice to my property. Lucky he was still in the area and was able to come back quickly the same day to remove the bees nest. I’m glad he was patient with me and the incompetent landscapers who thought they could handle this matter. If any other future exterminating services are needed, I will definitely consider Delmar Pest Control and request for Eric again. I recommend this company to others seeking there services.

Eric came out to a job site because our crews encountered bees! He informed the crews that there was nothing to be scared of because the bees were a type that would sting! He didn’t even charge us because there was no need for a service. And his being bilingual meant he could speak appropriately with all of our crew members! Thank you for your honesty and professionalism. This is a rare thing these days!

The pest control technician that came to my house was really great, knew what he was doing, and very helpful. I didn’t end up using them because the cost wasn’t in my budget and there were no squirrels.

Originally I posted a bad review and rating, however after realizing I had received incorrect information from my bank I am changing my rating and review. Delmar was Professional and courteous. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. After 3 and a 1/2 months, the bed bugs came back in full force, so I do not recommend this company. They had an offer of paying 99.00 every 3 months for checking and retreating, but obviously I would be paying constantly and that kind of money really adds up.

I wouldn’t even give this company one star. Please don’t use this company they rip me off for over $500 dollars and never provided the service they promised. I paid them and never heard from them again. I had to dispute the charge with a credit card company. This company is pure garbage.

I had an emergency issues with ants. Another commercial company came out and did nothing but sign me up on a contract and my ant issue was not resolved. I called this company, they came out the same day. Within an hour actually. Addressed the issue, answered all my questions, treated the problem . The guy was friendly, patient and informative. I recommend them and will continue using them for maintenence.

I have been using Delmarva Pest control since last 5+ yrs. They are very professional, always on time, they call you periodically to schedule visits (i.e. you dont need to remember to call them, they will call and remind you about the appointment). I had some issues inside the house and they came right out. Ever since I started using them, i didnt have to worry about pest control in my house. Thank you for the great service. I called Delmar Pest Control for yellow jackets that were inside of my house and they came out within two hours which I was so grateful for because I am afraid of bees and also have two cats who were trying to catch these critters which would have been very bad. I had schedule appointment with Delmar. The appointment was at 4pm. They told me they couldnt do later than that. I work 9-5pm. I left work earliy to handle the condition of the pest in my attic. They never show up and never called. I called them several times and they encourage me to continue to wait for a phone call which i never received. Lost money and my time. Very unprofessional and do not recommend them.

On Monday, I called Delmar around 7am with a skunk stuck in my window well, I was pretty upset and freaked out! Your technician arrived at my house by 8am, he checked out the situation and immediately put me at ease. He adjusted the 2x4 that I had dropped into the window well and assured me that the skunk would be gone by morning - or he would come back. Well the skunk escaped just like he said.So thrilled with their service and response time.

I needed an exterminator in wilmington de and called Delmar! They were very efficient! Highly Recommended !

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Absolutely horrendous service. We have had them come out to treat our house three times for fleas over the past year and they have done an insufficient job each time. The management apologized and yet we need them to come out a fourth time since it was still insufficient. I was told I would be contacted from a manager today and called back and they said the office is closed and no one would be contacting me.
