Bent a rim in a pothole that hit on the outer bead at the face of the rim right next to the spoke. The guys at RGX were able to fix it in about 3 hours and match the paint. As with any rim you run the risk of cracking the metal when you heat and bend and I came out on top today. Great service and team.Update 6/10/21 on another Rim that had a crack in it. My sons car is a 2004 Bmw X3 and came down from Chapel Hill for a visit. The guys at Blacks tires did a new set of tires and noticed a crack in one of his rims from the bead to the inside of the rim- Thanks Ron! Called RGX and they did an emergency repair and was able to keep my son on schedule at his job. Great repair and saved the day- The girls up front and the techs in the shop know what they are doing. Saved me trying to find a 17 year old rim design that is not made anymore!!!! Thanks RGX!

RGX Rims provided courteous customer interface and excellent service. Initially, I had a bent rim but learned they also restored headlight lenses. They did an excellent job on my 2008 Corvette headlights and trued the badly damaged rim. The car rides smooth again. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Im a little late on this review, but thats because Ive been enjoying 2 weeks off work with my family in IL. Akk! I just hit a curb due to construction and took a chunk out of my new custom rims! That is what my first reaction was before I thought quickly to reach out to RGX for a repair quote. I was almost sick at the damage and I just knew that I had to purchase another wheel. Well luckily I was proven wrong. I received an immediate quote (thanks to the picture upload) from the local sales expert, Loren. I immediately drove to the location where the damage was reviewed. I prepared for the worst as my wheels are custom and custom colored and a day process. AGAIN I was proven wrong. Not only were they able to match the color, the wheel was repaired in 1 hr!! I waited. I cannot tell where the damage was before. Very impressed and EXTREMELY happy! I was very happy with the work rim guard xtreme did. I had some damage on one of my rims, the other 3 all had chips. They repaired all four as well as changed the color. I fully expected to have to leave my vehicle a few days. I was shocked, when they completed the work that same day. My rims were gray before, I am loving the new color!

This is an edited review after being contacted. As I originally posted, the bent wheel was straightened just fine, happy there, but the process damaged the inside of the wheel as can be seen in attached pics. I was notified that the consent form I signed states that RGX shall not be held liable for any damage caused during the wheel straightening process. I accept this, but I would have appreciated knowing that, from what I surmise, is damage seems likely to occur because of the equipment. Im leaving the pictures to show what damage may occur to illustrate this. As shown in the pictures, the damage consisted of gouged dimples in several areas. I hammered the dimpled areas to smooth them out and used Dupli-Color wheel paint from Advance Auto that did a great job.For a wheel that I have no concern about on the inside, this would be okay, but not for expensive wheels I care about. Again, Im satisfied with the wheel being straightened, and Im not trying to go negative on RGX, but I think people should be aware of this risk. I hope that RGX makes it very clear to people what the risks are.

As a person who loves their car, and based on the area I live in, I was skeptical on letting just anyone repair/paint my rims. I even thought about just buying completely new rims. Then I found RGX, and based on their reviews from previous customers I decided to give them a shot. I am very pleased with the service that RGX did to my rims! I originally had silver rims on my white Dodge Charger but longed for black rims to complete the clean stealth look. On top of the great service they also included a 30 day warranty for accidental damages and touch ups and 90 day warranty for natural damages (ex: bubbling)10/10 recommend

So few months ago I spent $700 for a handful of bends to be fix. as you see in the photo, the square mark at the bottom comes from them when the have to bend the outside part back into place. the mark stays there unless you get the cosmetics done. for my rim to get it back to new would cost $155. today I had to roll the tire to them and i had to pay $170 for 3 spots to be bent back into place which took an hour. Im grateful that they do this. I gave them 4 stars because of how good and professional they are, I would add a star but its very pricey but hey thats how they keep their lights on, I think haha

The place was excellent! Came in with no appointment and they squeezed me in! In less then 2 mins my truck was already in the back being worked in. Would recommend anyone to come here for tire issues, if they can fix it they will. Loren was great helped me and was extremely nice wish every company had people to assist you like she assisted me! And Max was cool too came and got my truck to fix it I’m gonna give him a tip but gotta go to an ATM, but they will see me again I’m sure and I will hook him up now that I know I gotta have cash for a tip! Have a 2019 vehicle that I had extreme curb damage to one rim, got it fixed by a local in my hometown, only to have, not only the damaged rim look horrible but all 4 rims, once repair was completed. I WAS devastated that I curbed my rim on my 2019 Toyota Camry. After taking it to RGX I can not tell that it ever happened. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I cant speak for the cost of every repair but mine was right at $150 which is a fraction of the cost of a new rim. Also, the service was exceptional.

Excellent! Fast turn around time. Called a few places in town who couldnt paint match metallics and RGX killed it!! Highly recommended for rim repair.

Had 3 pc wheels disassembled here then sent out to powder coating at a different place then back here for reassembly....DO NOT DO IT that way!!!..the other place screwed up majorly and left a coating too thick for RGX to reassemble the wheels. It was a FUBAR operation but Derek (very thorough and fair manager) did the magic that he does and made a very bad mistake (that they didn’t make) on some high end wheels go away.Now that I think about it though...that’s what they do, take an extreme situation and fix it....and they’re damn good at it too!!!

I went in today to have a wheel fixed for my camaro which was messed up when I took it to dealership to get serviced. SMH.. and everyone was very polite. I hit a curb a few weeks back, was stunned to learn that new wheels for my vehicle would cost over $500 a piece.
