Great customer service!Steven is the person I work with at Infinity Intellectuals. Very helpful and always there to help when I have questions. He is excellent on follow-ups as well. When he knows I have a campaign going, he would let me know in advance what days he will be out of the office. This is great because I am not left in the dark. When it comes to ordering, Steven is able to complete my order in minutes as we buy 1-2 lists every week as we have a wide range of products/service offerings. In the beginning, I made a lot of mistakes(so a lot of pending orders) and Steven was still able to figure out which one I wanted. Great guy! Great company to work with!

“Customer service”What makes your product worth it is the customer service. I dealt with Amy Lee. There was no stupid questions for her. She respected the fact that sometimes I would be lost. I would call her and never once did she get frustrated (that showed on the phone) when she had shown me the tasks before and I sometimes would just get stuck. I previously had signed into Dunn and Bradstreet. They had poor customer service and their platform was not user friendly. I had more access to things that Infinity Intellectuals offered. This company provided sorely outdated data. The list provided individuals who been retired for 10+ years and are no longer working for the companies listed. Email domains were outdated and useless. The data provided was greatly disappointing, as was not the product promised. This company refused to refund for worthless data.

Do not use this company. Their practices are extremely sketchy, and they become nearly impossible to reach once they have gotten your money. The data that was purchased could not be downloaded from their website, and they refused to help. They also sent bizarre texts about being signed up for an ATM card to the contact number we provided.

Never use this company. Data provided had a 80% bounce rate and they refuse to have any contact with you once you complain and ask for replacement data or a refund.A number of these reviews are written by the company. Stay clear.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The list they sold me was garbage. Wrong domain names, bad email addresses. >50% bounce rates. Complete waste of money.

This companys spam arrives daily in my inbox under various disguises.Their way of doing business is odious: They scrape email addresses from websites then use the email addresses to send unsolicited email, advertising the sale of email address lists!Really, they are the lowest of the low.
