Great little Party Store! Looking forward to returning to shop for my daughters upcoming birthday next month! Saw lots of cute decorations & theme ideas last time I was there!

Stopped in to get 2 large balloon bouquets last minute. The owners were very helpful in the selection and design. They put together nice arrangements and knew the event wouldnt be until the next day so they sprayed it with something that will lessen deflation. I love the customer service received from this place and will return for any future events and party supplies.

Buyer beware!Bad business practicesMy sister was hosting a party for her son November 28th that was cancelled due to covid spikes. My sister called to speak with the manager on Friday she was contacted this morning by the manager who is refusing to refund her money. She spent almost $600 on balloons her ordered was almost $900 because she bought other party supplies. All she is asking if for the balloons to be refunded. The manager flat out said no. She already said she paid the delivery driver $100 to deliver the balloons on her invoice it says the delivery fee is $60. Which is it? I understand she should pay for the specialty balloons she ordered since she wouldnt be able to put them back into stock My sister asked for even a refund of 50% she declined. She told her she would have to go over her order and could get back to her Tuesday because she had to contact her other vendors that takes until Tuesday ! This owner could care less about covid cancellations zero compassion for customers. This is not a company that cares about their customers. She clearly cares about profit.Do yourself a favor and do not shop there.

Went in for my toddlers costume today and the service was outstanding!! My little ones had no idea what they wanted to be for Halloween. The staff took time with each of them to show them costumes in their size and even helped dress them up. I did nothing but praise my kids as they tried on costumes. Then they would put everything back!! I’ve never experience this type of customer service anywhere else. The patience and time each staff member gave to my children was unbelievable! Now I have happy children ready for their school parade and Halloween!! Thank you Party Fair in Willow Grove!! You have earned yourself a life long customer 😊

Party Fair has everything you need to throw an amazing party. Huge selection to chose from and great prices. The staff always goes above and beyond to help. The owner personally walked me around the store and helped me pick out items that I was unsure about. My balloons for the party were outrageous! I have never received so many compliments on balloons at a party. We went back recently for my kids Halloween costumes and again the staff was great and helped find my boys Halloween costumes. I will definitely be coming back for all my future parties and Halloween costumes!

Party Fair in Willow Grove is a great store for any of your party needs! The owners care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience. We have been going there for many years and they have helped us put on birthday parties, graduations, bridal showers, baby showers, Christmas parties and more! I was not satisfied at all with my visit to the party fair. The selection for bags for a baby shower I was going to were slim to none and the customer service was horrible. If a costumer is standing there at least acknowledge them not make them wait until you are good and ready. Closest place was the only perk.

I was in need of uninflated balloons for an event, and they charged me $1.29 for each balloon. which is the same price they charge if they fill the balloon with helium. I manage a party and event rental company and am fully aware of the costs of latex balloons and I was significantly over charged.

The staff here is rude. Even when asking the most basic questions they act as if you are bothering them. The store is poorly lit and doesnt smell clean. They are also overpriced.

Did not have what I was looking for. Also, in todays day and age, they have a minimum dollar amount before you cal use a debit or credit card. I had no cash, therefore; they lost my sale on what I settled on.
