I am grateful to the social services, the employees are very kind and so good hearted. It is one of the good places to go if one is in need of help. And it is a very clean place.

The lady in the front dresses always smiling always happy greeting you very helpful information that you have

The staff was very rude. And they denied me because of stuff the worker just pushed through on my application and she got all the info wrong by the way. Isnt it fraud to push someones information through without knowing if its correct? Just because you dont want to do your job properly. Annoyed and making sure all my stuff is correct so I dont have any problems with these lazy idiots in the future

I give them 2 stars because they are all very polite and professional. But they lose paperwork and have 0 ability to actually be helpful.... which is unfortunate

These people profess to care about children but the Grim reality is the system damages and ruins Children and Families. If there was even the most basic and simple investigation done children wouldnt be so damaged for life but these people take the easy way, all the time everytime. And the law and judges cover them, it needs to stop and change for the sake of our children. If you knew my story and our childrens story it is horrendous what they have suffered at the hands of these so-called professionals.

Horrible service. Constantly losing paperwork. Doesnt matter if you fax it or mail it in. The front desk is rude and has an attitude. No one checks their messages or calls back in a timely manner.

So far some ine who is mad at me and my wife turned us in and said a bunch of nasty things. They came to the house found nothing wrong. They even stated that there was nothing wrong yet we are still having to be put on a watch list and there is nothing we can do about the person who lied. This system is BROKEN.

Going after ppl that arent bad at all and letting the ppl who need there kids taken away or their help go free. There broken and im tired of it

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful but a few seem a bit rude and unprofessional. Depending on who it is, crucial information and details may not get told to you unless you know what to ask

Genna and Jackie and Linda really get a kick out of declining people for help. They rather let you starve or go homeless than to help you. Someone needs to come in and do a thorough check in there. Also, one has a habit of telling who they are sleeping with. Unprofessional.

What a joke this place is got a call from my caseworker needs more info so I call back transfers me to some one named Megan who will decide if my caseworker needs to call me back, if she did not need to talk to me why would she call me in the first place.Dumb and Dumber .

Nice people, they dont care about who you are, they are more than a family

Jenna fixed my problem in 1 day thank you even though she wasn’t my case worker she still helped me unlike melonie who didn’t i had to call her for almost 3weeks
