I ordered my chewy package on august 10th and they have a guaranteed that it will make it to you no more than two days. I did not receive my package until august 20th and this is the condition I received it in. I had to call fedex multiple times to even receive my package in the first place because it kept on getting delayed. This is not the first time I’ve had trouble with them. Another package I received from chewy was also beat up and one of my bird seed bags was popped open and all over the place. Not impressed with them or their customer service at all!!

This FedEx drop off center is inside in Walgreens. Ask a store employee for help
